В 12 месяцев многое хорошо: время работы, цены не самые высокие в Алмате, ассортимент достаточно хороший. Продавцы компетентные в с воих зонах обслуживания, вежливые, да все нормально. Но, недавно поменяли систему скидок и мне это не очень по душе. Раньше пенсионерам по инвалидности и т д делали скидки 10% на приобретаемый товар, На фоне инфляции это было приятно. Всё таки не по базару ходить , а в прохладном светлом помещении чтобы купить что нужно по более менее доступным ценам. А сейчас идёт накопление скидок по номеру телефона и только через полмесяца ты имеешь возможность использовать эти бонусы, купив опять же что то в гипермаркете 12 месяцев. Понимаю , маркетинговый ход, но это так мелочно. Где помощь многодетным или инвалидам? Ушла в небытие....блин , не забыли про бумеранг? И еше, с транспортом там вообще никак. Остановки далеко ооооо. Такси ? Понятно, не для всех . Опять же , кто то подумал а как слабым : пенсионерам или инвалидам к вам добраться и от вас с товаром уехать? Хотя бы эти скидки привлекали и можно было их использовать для оплаты транспорта . Спасибо , дорогие!. А буфет у вас вообще никакой , ассортимент минимально непривлекательный.
