I want to express my gratitude for the rest of the Travel Room company. We were on a Cruise on the Mediterranean Sea. The tour was organized for us by specialist Victoria.

The liner is a five-star hotel on the water.
My husband and I chose a cabin with a balcony and a package of drinks. I really liked the liner, a lot of entertainment for every taste and excellent food (even better than in a 5* hotel in Egypt). As part of one tour, we visited Italy, Spain and France.
Thank you very much to Victoria's manager for persuading us to take a cruise, as we originally planned a bus tour of Europe. A cruise is a very cool type of vacation.
We are already planning a cruise along the Norwegian Fjords in the spring - this is my dream.

I would like to thank Irina, the travel agent, for the excellent organization and support of a five-day tour to Istanbul. In a short time, we were selected a decent hotel according to our parameters, compiled a program, and "caught" cheaper tickets for the right dates. Thanks to Irina, we arrived prepared for all the nuances and had a great active rest, including booked excursions and independent travel. It's so reliable - when in a foreign country you can always get help and support on any issue, you feel confident and you can just enjoy your impressions! Istanbul is beautiful, very colorful and diverse, the Bosphorus is gorgeous day and night, you immerse yourself in this world of ancient mosques, interesting cafes, the aroma of coffee, local sweets, spices..Delicious food, constant tea wherever you go, night lights and beautiful views. We saw all this thanks to Irina, the work was carried out at the highest level - and it was not easy - the dates of the trip, dates, number and composition of excursions changed along the way, but everything was chosen perfectly in the end! We were not just organized a trip - Irina shared her personal impressions, gave advice on independent stay in the city, which made our trip interesting and eventful, we did not get lost anywhere, we did not sit empty in the room for an hour, we had a lot of fun learning about the local culture and a new country for us. Irina was constantly in touch, we shared our impressions during the trip, we could ask for advice. Super escort! Even with the delay of the return flight for 7 hours, we were calm - we immediately contacted Irina, and we were handed over to Belavia employees "from hand to hand", while collecting our rights in advance with reference to the relevant documents. Thanks to Irina, we were almost the first to be on early registration, received a 4-hour rest at the airport hotel and hot meals. In general, we were very satisfied with everything - from the process of concluding a contract and assistance in choosing payment, to organizing a tour and escort. I hope we will turn to Irina more than once when planning our vacation.
