22:38, a second call was received, they offered to refund the money for the soup card, the soup is no longer needed by the restaurant, we offered a solution: deliver the soup by Yandex delivery. They refused.
In total, it took an hour to refund the money for the soup.
So a good institution can be spoiled by the inability of employees to solve problems that have arisen. Thanks, I'm done. One star dropped for every 20 minutes.
And it was worth just responding to the request that we would refund the money.
The next morning, 08:46, we did not receive the money for the soups.
This is an amazing place with its own atmosphere and unusual interior. I advise you to visit this place. We went there with a child to eat and were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the waiters. The food is delicious. The child liked it.
