After consumption, malaise and upset stomach arose, as a result - poisoning and an extremely "fun" night with a white friend
Delicious rolls, pizza is not to say that it tastes good. Not that it tastes delicious, but it's actually delicious. The service is fast. Once we came to take rolls to take away, but it got colder outside and we decided to sit down there, but we were informed that you can't sit at tables with yourself when ordering! But, as I understand it, the administrator or the waiter went to meet us and allowed us, as an exception, to sit down and eat on the spot, for which special thanks to him. Our loyalty has been earned.

And today I ordered home delivery, one of the dishes was roll Fry salmon teriyaki and I got a black hair in them, I almost threw up. Отдельное спасибо Владиславу: помог выбрать суши сет, рекомендовал пиццу и самое главное, что восхитило в обслуживании- скорость приготовления ( справились за 15 минут!). От вкуса суши и пиццы- полный восторг! Спасибо Владиславу и всему коллективу вечерней смены 26.10.22г. работавшей на Притыцкого 93 ( м-н Алми). Так держать ребята! Всем рекомендую.

Заказали вчера суши. Забирали сами, не первый раз замечаю, что готовые суши хранятся в зале, в теплом помещении, зимой на это я ещё закрывала глаза, но когда на улице +25 как-то не лучший вариант. Плюс очень часто заказ готов за пол часа, до крайнего времени отдачи и сам покупатель может приехать позже на 20 минут. Дома нас ждали отвратительные суши, разные по размеру, разные по количеству начинки, Филадельфия просто рвалась, вишенкой на торте были : волос торчащий из суш и кости на лососе, рыба была перемороженной, либо дешёвой, вкуса у неё не было как и цвета. Так же на вкус присутствовал привкус "тряпок" (когда вы доски разделочные меняли?). Суши отправились в мусорное ведро. Администрация не умеет решать конфликтные ситуации. Позвонил су-шеф, согласился с претензиями, предложил уладить ситуацию зачислив 10 р баллами в приложение и при следующем САМОВЫВОЗЕ открыть сет в зале, если будут претензии к качеству, то сразу их решим на месте. Но никакие баллы не начислили, они особо не нужны были. Хотелось получить хоть какую-то компенсацию за отвратительные суши которые ушли в мусорное ведро. Понятия не имею кто делал их, но ощущение, что человека не обучали и даже не контролировали по выдаче заказа, тот же су-шеф.

До ребрендинга, было лучшим заведением, всегда брали сет "персона вип" и все было замечательно, сушки всегды были сбалансированны, с гиганским куском рыбы. Сейчас же взяли, под нынешним брендом сет " муж купил" и он ужасен, рыбы мало, не вкусно. Вобщем, лучше пойти в маркет и там набрать сушин, и то лучше будет, чем здесь. Больше не будем тут заказывать. Жаль...

Суши Artfood на Притыцкого, 93 не рекомендую. Не вкусно. Рыбка не свежая (как из худших магазинных упаковок). Даже водоросли и те не свежие. Сет "Достойный самурай" не стоит своих денег
Заказывал сет "муж купил" на 8 марта по предзаказу. Забирал заказ на притыцкого. Каково же было моё удивление, когда я увидел, что сеты лежат просто в зале на столах при как минимум комнатной температуры!!!! Думаю в тц температура минимум градусов 20.. Считаю, что это нарушение гигиенических норм!! Руководству компании следует обратить на это внимание и срочно принять меры, пока кто-то не отравился! Сами ролы были ни о чем, рис сухой, рыба подсушена. Сразу стпло понятно, что крутили ролы 7 марта и до 8 марта они лежали в зале при температуре явно больше +2..+6. Зря потраченные деньги.
Не понимаю зачем им заказы на месте, если в час пик говорят ждать около двух часов. Такое чувство, что заказы на вынос им важнее. Не спорю, может и важнее, но сравнивать ожидание заказа на вынос и ожидание заказа на месте в зал не уместно.

Of course, I understand that a miser pays twice, but those who sell "tired sushi" (to put it mildly) should have a conscience. Rice was dry almost everywhere, especially distinguished in the sesame roll – it was not just dried, it crunched on the teeth. Sesame itself, as you can see, is almost gone. The chuka salad tasted rotten. For some reason, the cucumber roll was not completely covered with cucumber, and the sesame sauce was very sparsely added. The roll in the pancake tastes just disgusting. The filling seems to be overdue for several months, there should be salmon and takuan, which crunches (in theory), but when chewing, the filling seemed to crumble into starchy fibers in the mouth.
I will not order cream anymore, and I will not risk ordering for the full price in this institution.
Обман и разочарования.Заказывал где-то год назад суши-сет всё было в порядке, но в этот раз обманули дважды .Заказал суши-сет по одной цене,привезли вовремя, но не мой сет,потом ждал ответ с ресторана 30минут,что делать? Вроде договорились что разницу в цене зачислят на мой номер телефона и будет бонус в виде роллов.В этот же день заказываю 2-ой раз другой сет, договорились о скидке и бонусе, но Оказалось ни скидки,которая была разница в деньгах в первом заказе,ни дополнительного бонуса в виде роллов.Что хочу сказать о сушах - какие-то сладкие, с непонятным вкусом и качеством, плюс соевый соус сильно разбавлен водой. Однозначно больше здесь не буду заказывать и Не рекомендую другим, никакого уважения к клиенту,хватает много лучших мест!
Добрый вечер. Сегодня заказали суши сет за 45 рублей. Название не помню да и не важно. Хотелось бы сказать ято я давно не кушал такие свежие и вкусные суши.
Из минусов долгая доставка, но это можно не брать в расчет. Обязательно зайду в само кафе.

Всё хорошо, правда заведение потеряло некий свой шарм, когда клиентскую зону полностью перенесли в открытую проходную часть. Готовят вкусно. Персонал обычный, просто выполняют свою работу.

Я конечно понимаю что тут цена среднего сегмента, но суши словно я их купил в 10 метрах в Алми перед закрытием когда они уже обветрились и их подключали воробьи))) Думал что после смены названия (СушиШефАртс) станет лучше и взялись 2мя руками за бизнес но стало только хуже! Удачи) p.s Жаль забыл сделать фото перед тем как выкинуть большую часть.
Про качество я не буду писать. Просто поддержу другие отзывы, т.к. так оно и есть. А вот про волос в суши не удержался. Чуть не съел вчера длинный волос, который был закручен в суши!!!
