There was 1 positive experience of treatment, and then I went only because I couldn't get to the service station where I applied on a regular basis, and these guys were free, then I came for the first time, I asked everything what they would put, how much the work would cost, and outfits, and checks, they gave everything themselves without questions. The 2nd appeal is already on trust after the first experience, knowing that the work and spare parts are a little more expensive than the neighbors, but to get to the repair without problems and it seems like everything is fair, they give checks, but it wasn't there!!! I left the car, said that I should change it, your spare parts, I didn't even ask the cost of everything. And in vain, I was shocked by the result, they threw at least an extra 50 rubles for nothing, refused to issue checks and an outfit, because the accountant supposedly left. But they eventually settled it there. And 3 negative treatment, which put an end to this service station regarding the warranty case, described further: After the last repair, I correct 2 of the 3 works in another service. I realized for myself that I don't set foot on them anymore. They paid off the first negative review by calling back, asking to drive up, giving a list of completed works, which they could not knock out of the administrator and the receptionist on the day of the work, who bought off the review with 20 rubles, because the main claim was the price for the work done and spare parts. The director (if this is the director) even found common acquaintances on the day of settlement, told them what super discounts they have with suppliers, although then why break prices for spare parts and for work. And when I come to them 1.5 months later with the problems of recent work, the director has already forgotten common acquaintances, refers to ignorance of how their service station is arranged, sends to the administrator, there was no receptionist, the administrator says we do not have databases, we do not keep anything (although they found my number when they asked to drive up), and regarding the breakdown, I say the reverse gear sensor of the wedge gives me half a day to drive with the tail lights and camera on, for the 3rd time in 5 days of the last days, it continued on until it warmed up well, until it was quiet, I think it will return by autumn, I will change there, but not with them anymore. Although I came with a burning problem, not to lift the lift and just pull the sensor power, make sure that he offers to come to the electrician in 3-4 days, when the problem may not burn, he will figure out that only the sensor is free, if there is a problem in it, the electrician will have to pay for the work in any case (although detail and their work), I realized for myself that it is cheaper to buy a high-quality sensor and change it at a third-party service station than to contact them. They did not react at all to the fact that the belt began to whistle again at the start. Now I drove to another service station, they sentenced the video, which was not pressed, it was worn out from distortions in 3 months. In parallel, I also changed the hub bearing assembly, the work was 80 rubles for everything, the parts became 180, I think if I turned to these workers again, I would give all 350+, and even I would have to knock out checks.
We applied to the service station for suspension diagnostics (including inspection of the condition of the muffler) Skoda Rapid. The master receptionist himself drove to the lift, the car mechanic, starting the inspection, immediately installed a spot burned out place in the muffler pipe from above. You can't see the hole visually. There were no comments on being near the lift. There were no comments on suspension diagnostics. They offered to pay a small cost of diagnostics, and if they were ready to replace the muffler can, then the diagnosis is free. Having announced the cost of the Polish product and the cost of the work, we agreed to leave the car for tomorrow. As a plus: you do not need to run / order / bring anywhere - they had all the spare parts for installation available + the cost of the work was legitimate + the work was done at a high level + the order order and checks were issued. After replacing the front hub bearing, they did not put a crown, they did not put a cotter pin, they did not clamp the lever on the rotary fist because of this, after a month, I ate all the rubber, the quality is disgusting. service.
I was unlucky. I arrived to service the electrics of the car in winter after a snowfall by appointment at 8 o'clock in the morning. However, I was told to drive the car to the parking lot, because it is not known when they will take over the repair. When placing an order, I specified how long it would take to fix the problem, they said a day or two, how it would go. I understand that the more the electrician's normal hour, the better (you can earn more from me). I was ready for this, but the uncertainty is too great. And then the reception of the car began... Clear the snow and stuck ice from under the wings. Knock down the ice that has grown to the rapids! How? Who does not know that breaking off the "horn" under the wing tears off the varnish and paint! I had to abandon the repair.😟
They did the replacement of the entire timing kit, namely the belt, pump, roller, a month later the belt broke, they put a new one, they also had to pay for it, so the car still does not go, the whole thing is tripping, it is not gaining momentum, they assure that everything was done correctly, everything according to the labels, and why so, they throw up their hands
The Lada car, maybe that's why they think it will go like this, I don't know.
Not a single receipt was issued for payment for the work, not a word was said about the guarantee for their completed work.

The worst service in the Republic of Belarus, read reviews from other customers before making a choice. In my opinion, it's easier to sell a car than to repair it here
I do not advise anyone to repair here for the following reasons:
1. Boorish attitude towards customers
2. They respond to criticism of them with threats and obscene language
3. No official documents about the work done
4. It is impossible to check the quality of the work (especially when cleaning the injectors)
I do not recommend it!!!We changed the nozzle without cleaning the frame!They did not give a single piece of paper about the purchased spare parts, the work done! Two days I traveled, another nozzle failed due to dirt.I had to go to another service!!!
I did a suspension there, the price turned out to be 800 with something. They changed the silent blocks of the rear beam, they said that the bolts were not unscrewed, but all the bolts were allegedly replaced, they took 120 rubles for this work. As a result, the bolts are simply broken off, everything is taken for welding snot. It is clear that the car is old and the bolts are already rusty, but they took the money for it. I'll come back from the cadence in December, I'll bring it.

Отдавала автомобиль нс замену грма, ремонт сигнализации и замену банки на глушителе.
Итог - метка на грме ПРОПУЩЕНА, зажигание выставлено никак(За то, чтобы вам стробоскопом выставили нужно ещё заплатить денег)
После ремонта глушителя, глушитель начал бить по днищу, что было слышно на всю округу.
После ремонта сигнализации, мастера под обшивкой двери водительской что-то делали, по итогу заклинила дверь.
На просьбу исправить свои же косяки, просили заплатить денег.)))
Дорогой сервис с низким качеством.
Ремонтируют "методом тыка". А давайте сделаем так, может быть поможет. Не помогло, тогда давайте сделаем ещё что-то, должно в этот раз помочь. Мастера не разбираются в причине неисправности. Если им указать , что заменить, тогда сделают. Да и дорого берут за "консультацию".
Я очень доволен этой мастерской!!! Обращаюсь к ним не первый раз, более 5 лет уже. Разные авто. Мастера ответственные и добросовестные, цены приемлемые.

Всегда ремомонтирую автомобиль в этом сервисе,ничего плохого не могу сказать. Качественное обслуживание ,и квалифицированый персонал. Качеством проведенных работ остался доволен. Рекомендую !
Провалилась педаль сцепления,было решено отправиться на ближайшее сто.Выяснилось поломался фиксатор троса сцепления.В итоге скрутили стяжками,попросил посмотреть на предмет утечки антифриза.долили 0.5 литра.Пришел забирать авто, работники сто при мне начали спорить сколько с меня взять,при том что цена была озвучена по телефону одна,а по факту на 10р.больше,попросил чек и заказ наряд на меня посмотрели как на умолешенного.Пришлось ждать 40 минут.В итоге сумма указана на 10р. менше,работа указана не та,панель приборов половина не работает,-фишку плохо установили.Мастер постоянно врал.Можно много чего написать,но мне надоело...НЕ кому не советую!
Здравствуйте . Сервис этот не рекомендую . Во-первых цена , не соответствует профессионализму , качеству и отношению к чужому имуществу . Замена генератора , цена 81 руб . При этом специалист делал замер напряжения с генератора на аккумулятор при поврежденном проводе . Реанимация стартера , замена щеток и отключение сигнализации , 260 руб . После ремонта , панель , сидения , масленые . Магнитола не коректно поставлена .
