Pleasant specialists, attentive and professional. The cost of the EPTS is 70 bel. rub. The BELTAMOZHSERVICE office is open from 9 a.m. To get an EPTS, you need to take 4 photos of the car from all sides + a photo of the factory sticker from the doorway, you also need to fill out an application on the spot. I was given an EPTS and printed out in about 1 hour.
