Well, it is hard to find the words....but I will try. Great inventive cooking. Well matched flavours and textures. Incredible value for money. Fine dining at the highest level. Many people speak about michelin stars in regards to The Birch. If I am honest, it would rate 1 or 2 stars. Probably closer to 2. Staff are a delight. Professional and friendly. Attentive without being overbearing. The wine list is extensive and carefully curated. Highly recommended.

I was literally shocked! Unbelievable food experience!) Even my girlfriend who usually doesn't care as much about food as I do, had the time of her life:)) Fantastic taste, awesome stuff, friendly atmosphere, everything on top:) it's hard to book a table, but worth every ruble:)

Best place to visit, if Michelin Gide was in Saint Petersburg, it definitely deserve stars ! Thank u for hospitality 10/10!
