If you eat delicious cinnabons, then this is not the place. We've been here several times - very dry rolls, small or large, it doesn't matter. They save a lot on cream, but at the same time they are ready to add it ... for money, of course! This has not been noticed in other places.

The worst cinnabons in town. Dry dough, little cream, buns seem to have been lying in the window for several days. When asked to change to fresh buns, the girl simply warmed them up again, which naturally did not change the situation. We were very upset when we came here, although we love Cinnabon products very much and constantly buy them in other places.

Because for the second time in a week (11.12), I find myself on the shift of a cashier girl who is so dissatisfied with her work that she does not even try to hide her neglect, talks as if her apartment was broken into. Employees are the face of the brand. And I highly recommend that the management take measures to improve the service, explain how and with what kind of appearance it is worth meeting customers so that they come back to you again and again.

The service is lame, the order was taken by a girl who was wearing headphones and constantly asked again. Drinks are terrible, there was an order for 500ml, at the exit it turned out that there was 200ml of the drink, and everything else was ice.

15 minutes in a queue of two people just because the girl and the guy at the counter were scolding their work and colleagues. By the way, during these 15 minutes, 2 drinks and 2 buns were prepared. The man in front of me remained standing, my desire was somehow discouraged after this. I really love your products and everything is always fast and healthy at other points, even with huge queues. Впервые удалось попробовать синнабон на Тимирязева 74А. Сколько там было начинки...мммм. что корицы, что шоколада, очень много)))) Первый раз - он особенный) во второй раз также пробовал на Тимирязева. В третий раз - в ТЦ Биггс... Вот в Биггс булочки были не такие вкусные, не такие сладкие, начинки было меньше. ИМХО. Может уже приелись)) Цена, конечно, высокая, но иногда побаловать себя можно) Вообще у булочек этих есть как любители, так и противники.

Вчерашние булки, с собой или на месте не спросили, вместо салфеток дали туалетную бумагу и то когда мы попросили, из приборов дали вилки без ножа, и грязный поднос.Ужасное обслуживание, тем более за такие деньги, в следующий раз спущусь в евроопт, куплю сливочный круасан за 1.39 и буду доволен им и обслуживанием больше

Вчера решили попить какао.Зашли а Палаццо.Выбор пал на Синнабон.Когда я баловала себя сладюшками,то позволяла себе эту плиторную радость.А сейчас-хочется летом стройности:)Но какао-то позволить могу!
В меню есть -Горячий шоколад!
Хорошо!Но почему этот сладкий белесый напиток называется Шоколадом?????Он и на какао не тянет!Не то,что на Горячий (что тоже не соответсятвует!!) Шоколад!
