The location of the hotel is very good. In the city center, there are many restaurants, shops, and the main attractions of Baku. The water in the room is usually slightly warm, provided that it takes a long time to drain it. There is almost no cleaning. The staff is helpful, they speak Russian
Once upon a time, the hotel was not bad, as evidenced by good furniture and beautiful textiles. But at the moment the hotel is in disrepair. It requires cosmetic repairs, the curtains in the room are lined, tired mattresses. Breakfast is brought to the room, it is not bad.

We were moved here a day before arrival from another hotel, where there was a deluxe room with a balcony, although the reservation was a month in advance... They said that there was a "technical difficulty" and it was not possible to inform earlier. Since we only spent one night, we agreed. Of course, there is no balcony. The staff speaks Russian. Free tea/coffee. There is Wi-Fi, it works well. The room is at most 12-13m, along with a bathroom in which there is a disgusting smell of dampness. There was long black hair on the bed, although we were both blond, that is. It's definitely not ours, there's a filthy mattress under the sheet. But the worst thing was that it was wildly cold. I slept in a sweatshirt, a sweater and under two blankets, and the next morning I got sick. The price of such pleasure is 64 manats. So think about it.
