A great hotel, I will definitely recommend it. Perfect cleanliness, polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfasts. She lived in June 2024. Check-in was around 11 o'clock, but they were checked in no earlier than 15:00. The room is on the second floor, the Windows looked directly onto the Terrace where the events were held. I was worried that it would be noisy until late. However, there were no problems, holidays were held daily, but everything was decent, without night noise. The rooms have everything you need, everything is in good condition. Excellent bed linen, towels. Daily room cleaning, and really high-quality cleaning. The reception staff, the restaurant, the maids, without any comments at all, are at the highest level. I will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

The room is clean, quiet, the hotel is a little off the road. The service is perfect, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are delicious, and sometimes we had dinner at the hotel too. The only thing I ask you to pay attention to is the ellipse, it was inoperable, but we replaced it with walking around the city, we were given an umbrella.

A small but cozy hotel. Very good internet and restaurant (I recommend broccoli cream soup and margarita pizza. The room has a slightly small bathroom, but a very comfortable workplace and a great, wide bed.

Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. В отеле любезный ресепшн, замечательный завтрак типа буфет, или шведский стол, с достаточным разнообразием блюд. В номере чистота и есть необходимые банные принадлежности от шампуней до халата. Есть сауна и хамам, входят в стоимость. Локация отеля тоже удобная: пешком можно дойти до основных достопримечательностей Астаны, от десяти минут до хорошего торгового центра и ряда других близлежащих объектов, до часа до отдаленных. Ночью в шаговой доступности расположены несколько неплохих кафе, где можно как попить чай со сладостями, так и плотно поужинать от пиццы до плова. У отеля есть Внутренний дворик, обеспечивающий тишину от автомобильного движения по прилегающей улице.

I liked everything, but especially the bed (mattress and bed linen) and towels - it's just a tactile pleasure. Plus good blackout curtains. Excellent breakfast. I haven't been to the spa. Overall a great place.

I put 5 for the room, it is clean, there are all the necessary things for a business trip, toothpaste and brushes, shampoo, soap, shower gel, bathrobe and slippers! A comfortable shower room.
However, the kitchen is very weak, I put 4, the New York steak is not delicious, there is no sauce for it, Moroccan tea is not Moroccan at all, orange peel and green tea were put in warm water for me.
In the evening, I signed up and went for a facial massage. The masseur does not know how to do facial massage, I was extremely disappointed. I'm not a massage therapist, but I can do better. She applied a scrub, a mask, which I had to get up and wash off my face myself, then applied moisture with some incomprehensible movements! But I never saw the massage!
To the management of the hotel: check for yourself if your employee knows how to do a massage, and then just let us go to the clients, why should we do your job? The massage cost 15,000, I paid 7000 for her stuff.

We visited with my husband in June, 24. We arrived at about 11 pm. A young man met at the reception, offered a room with 2 separate beds for accommodation, due to the lack of other available ones. The cost of the room is 50 tons, he offered to buy 6 tons of breakfast per person, we refused. The room was given with Windows opening onto a bar-restaurant with music and screams and treacherously loud air conditioning, respectively, it would not have been possible to fully relax. They asked to change it, there were no problems. The next day we decided to extend it for another day, there was already a girl at the reception and asked for 44 thousand for the room along with breakfast for two, because it was unclear and I don't want to figure it out, the girl at the reception also doesn't know why the cost is so different, only for this I put 4 stars. And so the hotel, as a hotel, is nothing remarkable.

Оценка на твердую четверку!
На ресепшене приветливый персонал, все быстро оформили. Помогли донести чемоданы. Номер чистый и просторный, в мини-баре присутствовали снеки, напитки и шоколад. Мебель не старая, постельное чистое, достаточное количество полотенец и приятный дизайн интерьера. Завтраки вкусные, голодным нереально остаться! На завтрак было два вида каши, омлет или яичница, колбаса/сосиски, несколько видов сыра, овощи, фрукты, орехи, творог сухофрукты, йогурты.
Оценка несколько снижена из-за нескольких бытовых недочетов - перегорела лампочка в светильнике, громко играла музыка утром возле ресепшена, на столе во время завтрака не было салфеток/соли/перца, зона санузла от комнаты отделена стеклянной матовой стеной.

Отель расположен в хорошем месте, есть доступные магазины с продуктами, и парки для отдыха. Сама гостиница не в самом лучшем своем состоянии, холодильник в номере не холодильник, а мини бар с очень не холодными напитками. Жара в номере не спасает кондиционер, то есть его подобие. Завтраки скромные, яичницу надо просить, сами не предлагают. Спа на троечку, хамам не о чем, немного попотеть можно в сауне. Понравился массаж, очень оживила массажист Любовь.

Маленький уютный двухэтажный отель. Номера маленькие, но очень приятные, все чисто и аккуратненько, уборка каждый день. Хороший ресторан внизу, но достаточно дорогой. ТВ и Wi-Fi на уровне. Есть представительный мини бар. Хорошее соотношение цена качество. Некоторые представители персонала судя по всему прямо из Африки и совсем не говорят ни на казахском ни на русском, в некотором роде даже забавно. Завтраки хорошие за дополнительную плату, есть доставка еды в номер.

Персонал приветлив, всегда готов помочь. Даже если у вас какая-то нестандартная просьба.
Завтрак хороший!
Отличная терраса лаундж, где можно провести вечер.
Есть спа и хамам.
За свои деньги рекомендую этот отель!

Не большой, но уютный отель. Дружелюбная атмосфера царит во всем отеле. Приветливый персонал, готовый помочь в любое время суток. Полноценный континентальный завтрак, а главное, не нужно бегать за официантами, сами предлагают омлет или яичницу в разных вариантах. Расположен отель хорошо, до некоторых достопримечательностей и парков ходили пешком.

Плюсы:
-удобное расположение, ежедневная уборка - есть все необходимое: полотенца, халат, зубная щётка и гели для душа, удобный матрац и подушка. Есть Wi-Fi в номере и на территории отеля (правда, не везде).
Доступная прачечная и глажка (на территории не предусмотрены гладильные комнаты) Есть меню с доставкой в номер (цены как в среднем ресторане)
Вежливый персонал.
В номере есть сейф.
Минусы:
Завтраки очень скромные, в 9 утра почти ничего нет, то есть надо приходить к 7-8. В овсяной каше слишком много мусора, в целом, качество еды среднее или ниже.
Номер уставший и разбитый. Кондиционер допотопный: ночью в номере до +28-29, выспаться нереально, кроме того этот кондиционер шумит довольно сильно. Регулировка на стене не работает. Само расположение кондиционера удивляет - я не могу занавесить шторы, так как это перекроет поток воздуха. Минибар в номере почти не морозит, содержимое платное с ценами выше раз в 5-6. Запах хлорки и сырости в номере( душевая находится непосредственно в нем, дверь в су закрывается не герметично), вытяжка не работает, душевая лейка не прикреплена и болтается.
Розетки и выключатели болтаются. Холдер для карты не работает и вырван из стены.
В номере есть шкаф, но он полностью открыт: нет ни одной закрытой полки, в ванной также нет полок. У прикроватной тумбы также нет ящиков)
Нет кулеров с водой на этажах.
Думаю, здесь можно пересидеть пару-тройку дней, но не дольше.

Комфорт отель Астана - мне очень понравился отель, на рецепшене вежливые, услужливые менеджеры, в номере комфорт и удобства, всё средства гигиены, очень удобная кровать, прекрасное освещение, можно нагреть и попить чаю, есть чайник, чай черный и зелёный, есть сейф и мини-бар. Завтрак - шведский стол - глаза разбегаются, всё на высшем уровне, мне очень понравился отель - спасибо!!!

Хороший отель за свои деньги практически в самом центре Астаны. Отель на самом деле занимает только первые два этажа, а не все здание на фото. Хорошая парковка, на территории есть детская площадка. На веранде и в кафе отеля можно вкусно покушать. Затраки на 3+ из 5. В отеле имеется СПА зона, но мы не посещали ее. Останавливались на 1 ночь перед ввлетом из Астаны и на 1 ночь после возвращения. В пешой доступности, 5 минут хотьбы, от отеля смотровая площадка (флаг государства), колесо обозрения, которое ночью красиво подсвечено, цирк, торговый центр. В целом отель на 4 ку.
