It turned out that we have a standard opening and you can order a basic cheap triton. Yes, and there is a stock in stock. Our issues have not been resolved so quickly yet. A few days later, the door has already been installed at our place. We are very grateful and grateful to this company for such urgency. Grandma is very pleased with the new door.

I asked for milling for a magnetic latch at the office, saying it several times, they forgot to register it in the contract, the doors arrived without it, the office and the customer service shrugs.

The price is undoubtedly a plus for this company. That was the end of the advantages for me.
I ordered the doors 5 weeks before the birth, specifically clarified whether they would be able to bring and install the doors within this period, to which I was told that the doors would be delivered in 3 weeks, maybe plus a week. 5 weeks have passed, and silence has been on the order, I started calling every week and finding out the status of my order. My patience was already running out and after 8 weeks of
placing an order, I gave up and did not call again. The contract specifies 51 working days for the delivery of the order. The door was brought to us on the 49th day. Yes, they met the deadline, but I clarified what I needed urgently and asked if it was possible.
My discontent did not end there. I was told that the installation wizard would pick me up within a couple of days after the door was delivered. A week has passed and no one has called me. I called the organization, they told me that the lists had been handed over to the master and he would dial soon. Another week has passed, and they haven't called. I asked for the master's number myself. The master arrived 30 minutes after my call (he was in the area and free). The door was installed quickly and well, only a small deposit remained, that the foam stains remained on the canvas.
