Specialists like "Veronica" (this is a real name or a fictitious one) are rude on the phone, they throw tubes, they do not properly introduce themselves, neither positions nor full names. AFTER PAYING THE ADVANCE, they DISAPPEARED, they need to be searched for themselves, in justification they said that they had a lot of orders and they did NOT HAVE TIME. In such actions, I see there is a hidden intent to deceive Clint and by any means evade responsibility in the case of their own shoals. Then the story of the marriage. Check the doors for defects, because all this unpacked happiness will be stored for several weeks before installation, and if you did not notice something, this is ALREADY YOUR PROBLEM. Judging by the reviews, there is enough marriage, and the installer can mess up, therefore - I think it is necessary to sign the acceptance certificate after installing the doors and not at the time of unpacking the product .... I repeat, the service is at zero, boorish communication on the phone ........ there is already a jamb... I'm holding it as a trump card for the last time. It will definitely be updated......

The measurer arrived, I showed him what I wanted, he said that it was not in Lalicia, that it was on order within a month, advised another model that was available, said that it would be delivered to me within a week and then after a while there would be installation.
A week has passed, there is no call, the second week has passed, there is no call again, I wrote an SMS on Instagram, they said that one door was missing, they said to wait, perhaps within a month, then when they deliver, then wait the same amount for the installation queue!
To the question: why was they not warned immediately that one door was not available, that they would have to wait several weeks, or even a month (they did not answer it)
They only said that it was possible that there would be a delivery on such and such a day, asked me to call normally to warn whether there would be a delivery, wait for me at the door or not, asked me several times, just warn me, to which they replied "we will definitely warn" it took a little less than a week after the day on which they were supposed to call, no word from them The spirit!
That's how the company values its customers!
So if you want doors that will be installed for months, or even more, then I recommend it!

I am very unhappy and do not recommend this company precisely because they do not explain how best. After all , we are not experts , but they are .
As a result, the door was placed crookedly , and the lock sometimes jams from the fact that the door is crooked . And they explained this by saying that the opening is curved and it is impossible in any other way.
When we came to talk to them after the installation, they told us well, what did you want for this money.

Door Paradise is just a horror. In fact, on 07.10, the order was placed, the model was chosen in the mvgazine, the manager assured that the deadline would be about 30 working days for everything, then the measurer arrived, everything was processed. They don't give you a contract + they don't bring it to read!!!!!! They just fill out an order form and it says that they are familiar with the terms of the contract on the website!!!! In fact, they were fed breakfast on the phone, they referred to what was about to happen, then they began to be rude, allegedly read on the website, 60 working days are indicated there!!!! - and this is 4 months! Horror.
The measurer + in the store + on the phone, ace is beautifully laid about 30 days- as a result, two months have passed, half of the money was given immediately - and that's it, silence.
The model's website indicates a 30-day production period, but in fact everything is not as the managers say.
They also don't do the installation!!!! Although the design is slippery, they say the mod, we will give you the number of installers, they will come and do everything, and so on.
And this means that all the risks of installing the machine are removed from the door paradise LLC
