Many thanks to the travel agency, I definitely recommend it! Special thanks to Julia's agent, an excellent specialist knows his job! We flew to Egypt to Hurghada Swiss Inn Resort 5* hotel, we really liked the hotel, despite the fact that it is not a new 5*, the service, rooms, food and the sea are decent and match their stars. Room cleaning every day, a huge amount of food, friendly staff and a warm sea (they give out a towel at sea, which is also a plus and you do not need to carry it with you), waiters and animation work on the beach. Sandy beach and clear water (photo below). Another advantage of the hotel is its location (city center), there is an opportunity to walk around the city, go shopping and enjoy the local flavor.

Good afternoon!We have just returned from a vacation in the UAE.We lived in Sharjah, at the Red Castle Hotel.We chose a hotel closer to the sea.The service, the breakfast-dinner meal, the room-everything was great!The rooms are huge, the three of us stayed together (we brought an extra bed)My daughter was comfortable.The furniture is not new, but we were satisfied with everything-a lot of bedside tables, mirrors, a large closet.The balconies are small.I need a clothesline to dry my clothes.It dried for a long time, it was very humid during this period (85%).The food is standard (we have heard both in Greece and Spain)- we had enough.Omelets,eggs,oatmeal,muesli,yogurt,fruits,sausages,every day-potatoes in different types,pasta,different vegetables,tea and coffee,milk,toast,chicken or beef (very tasty cooked)Excursions are offered for every taste and budget.The sea is very warm, the beach is a white fine sand.You can go nearby (5-7 minutes) to the wild beach, or you can take a transfer a little further, equipped.For hotel guests, admission is free, a sunbed is 10 dirhams, an umbrella is 30 dirhams.You can also negotiate in Russian at the hotel, but knowing at least the key phrases in English will greatly simplify communication.The hotel is on the outskirts.Consider this.There is not much place to walk, and sidewalks are not everywhere.We went to the center of Sharjah by taxi-1520 dirhams.You can write for a long time, because you are still overwhelmed by the emotions of rest.BUT, MOST IMPORTANTLY!We are immensely grateful to our agent Julia for her help and very attentive attitude towards us!!!It was the first time we flew with Belavia, the first time we took a tour with this agency.Now we will only contact you!We wish you grateful customers and patience!Thanks from my whole family!

We are very satisfied. The Bleack&White 3* hotel is lovely. The mountains are visible from the balcony of the spacious hotel room. The Internet has always been there. The sea is nearby, people are sociable, they will tell you everything. Fruits are nature. The sea is like fresh milk, pure, azure. Sometimes there are waves, but it's so interesting to swim on the waves. Cafes and restaurants for every taste, music. It is easy to get to Batumi by walking, see the port and sights.

Thanks to Fresh Tour travel agency and manager Ilya for understanding our request and choosing a tour to Turkey for us.We liked the rest and the Senza garden hotel in Alanya!Very beautiful views, many viewpoints and playgrounds, warm sea (29 degrees), the location and territory of the hotel, where there was always a place to go and what to do with the child (there was a lot to walk from unaccustomed, but we coped even with a 3-year-old), delicious food and friendly attitude.We lived in a room in the reception building, geographically it was the optimal location:between the sea, the pool, the restaurant, we were satisfied with the rest.

From 06/20/2024 to 07/05/2024, we went on vacation to Georgia from the Fresh Tour company. I think our vacation was successful. The carriers were the Svelna company. Tatiana was our guide, just a wonderful specialist. She was very attentive, gave good advice on the organization of recreation, was attentive to all tourists. The bus drivers, Kirill and Paka, are very careful and attentive, very polite. We had a rest at the Gio Hotel in Kobuleti. The sea is nearby. The room had everything you needed. It was possible to cook in the kitchen. The breakfasts are delicious. The hosts are hospitable and sociable. There is a good store nearby. Of course, it is difficult to survive 3 days in one direction and 3 days in the other direction on the bus. But we stopped for sanitary stops. The hotels where we spent the night on the way were cozy. The excursions are unforgettable. The sea is super. Clean. Thank you very much for the rest!!!

It was signed on a day off and there was no way to confirm the reservation... Ilya promised to call or write on Monday, silence... I wrote it myself on Tuesday and got the go-ahead... Before the trip, they did not include us in the chat group of tourists, again, he began to write and ask about the place and time of departure... The bus was a Mercedes, released in 2007... And if what was written earlier was a trifle, then moving on this miracle killed, the chairs are not comfortable, you sit bent, there are no folding tables, there is not even a grid to put the phone on... The air conditioner was working like crazy, they were sitting in a freezer... There are two TVs in the cabin, but they were not turned on, although there were workers... On the way, the bus also broke down, fortunately the drivers are professionals, they did it quickly... There are definitely no questions for them, they worked with a bang... You can not give such a dead vehicle for such a distance, after all, 3,100 km in one direction... But you can't spoil Georgia itself with anything... The weather is great, the hotel is good (Estonia 2)...you need to be more attentive to the people who bring money to you and do not forget about them after payment... Again, I repeat, the rating is screwed up... I no longer use the services of this travel agency... I put a real deserved 3

I am writing a review a month after the trip. We remember with warm emotions our whole family's trip to the UAE in February. We flew with my husband, son and grandparents. The trip was perfectly organized by Fresh tour. All the advice and recommendations from Irina turned out to be correct. Irina helped with the check-in for the flight and even got in touch late at night and helped with advice. I am surprised by such care and attention. This is despite the fact that I have always organized trips myself and we are sophisticated travelers, and here, for the first time, I was able to relax and be a tourist myself/ Irina organized everything. Now I advise all my friends to take a Fresh Tour and we will definitely go on a trip again this year and will definitely ask Irina for help! Thanks again for such a trip!

Хорошее расположение, вежливые сотрудники, приятное обслуживание (Марина), из минусов - маленькая площадь помещения, но это объяснимо (небольшая туркомпания и центр города- сложно содержать большую площадь). Если придти по записи, то минусов не будет. По ценам рассматривали туры в нескольких туроператоров, было чуть дешевле (это тоже порадовало).

Отдыхали с супрогой впервые и, начитавшись отзывов об отелях, так ничего и не выбрали. Решили довериться рекомендациям турагенства ФрешТур и не прогадали. Нам подобрали замечательный отель Viking Star в Кемере (рекомендуем, кто не может отпределиться с выбором)). Отдых удался, никаких проблем с перелетом, трансфером и отелем за время отдыха не было. Следующий отдых только с ФрешТур.

Ездила на экскурсию "Неманская нить" 20.10.2022 года. Все понравилось, начиная с подбора тура и заканчивая дорогой домой. Оператор Евгения очень внимательно отнеслась к подбору тура. Было предложено несколько вариантов,исходя из моих предпочтений. В итоге остановились на "Неманской нити". В приоритете было не только посмотреть достопримечательности Западной Беларуси, но и узнать как что-нибудь производят, поэтому заезжали на Неманский стекольный завод. Гиды на всех остановках рассказывали интересно и доступно. Наш, сопровождающий гид Ярош, рассказывал все по маршруту тоже увлекательно. Всем советую ездить на такие познавательные экскурсии и обращаться в "Фреш-тур". Много предлагают вариантов по вашим предпочтениям.
