Great hotel. The photos match. The room is clean and cozy. There is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room. As well as a TV and air conditioning. On the territory you can relax with pleasure - gazebos, swings, a fountain. It's a very beautiful place. The staff is polite. We checked in right away. The restaurant serves delicious food. I recommend.

In general, the hotel is not bad. Conveniently located, friendly staff. But there are flaws and little things that spoil the impression. There are no cutlery in the so-called suites, not even a simple teaspoon. At the same time, there are cups, tea bags and a couple of pieces of sugar. The hooks in the bathroom are broken off. At first they settled in a cold room, however, then they moved to a warmer one. And, perhaps, the most unpleasant thing is the night karaoke. The audibility is that you are sitting at the bottom of the restaurant. If you're on the road tomorrow, you don't have to rest.

If you want to spoil your day, then you are in the Grand, the products brought to the banquet will be stolen from you, alcohol, vegetables, fruits, etc. will be stolen. 30% of the order for the banquet table will not be served at all. The service is worse than ever, the people at the funeral home look more cheerful than at the grande! About portions of food is a separate topic, 2 times less than the stated one, that is, if you ordered caesar and expect that the portion will be as indicated in the menu 200g, then you will be very lucky if they serve 100g, in general, the score is 1 even a lot! And there is a separate topic about the hotel, noisy air conditioning, a shower like in a dorm 15 years ago, the bed creaks louder than my grandmother's in the village! It's terrible!

The waiter girl is boorish. He does not answer questions willingly. As a result, we ordered black bread, for which they brought us ordinary gray bread. In general, the guys here obviously do not understand what they are serving. The Orsha roast was brought with cheese and mayonnaise, although it is not included in the menu. When asked how it happened, they answered that it should be with cheese and that they did not know what was written on the menu at all.
P. S Caesar salad was nothing, although not classic, but with olives and cucumbers, but still. Of course, it is difficult to call an institution a restaurant. The level here is more like in a good roadside canteen not far from Chita.
