Convenient location for business events. Despite the fact that the center has a small parking lot.
The event area had everything you needed: a clicker, a laptop, a screen, a flipchart. I was especially pleased with the separate place for coffee breaks next to the event area.
It will be great if they add the rental of dishes to conveniently and beautifully arrange the sweets and thermopot.

I choose this coworking, because the space is large and bright, beautiful interior and comfortable (!!!) chairs and tables to put your elbows on. (For some tasks and bar stools are normal)
There is always a corner to go to to talk via video link. It's just nice to be there.

When you come here once or twice, everything looks good. The furniture is modern and comfortable, well renovated, there are many cafes and squares nearby.
That's what it seemed to me until I bought a monthly subscription.
* There is no promised cubicle for personal belongings
* There are interruptions with the Internet. Everything is fine for another day, and then suddenly you have to hand it out from a mobile phone
* Few zoom booths. However, you eventually refuse to use them, because you barely fit in them and have nothing to breathe. And the Internet in that area catches poorly.
* In a noisy room where the ventilation is humming, it is sometimes quieter than in quiet rooms. Administrators do not make sure that meetings are held outside of negotiations or video meetings on speakerphone
* The carpet is all dirty and stained. If it is cleaned, it is not noticeable at all
* There is no access restriction. I was a witness to how the administrators caught a hare. In this regard, he became more attentive to personal things, because all sorts of people can walk

Приятное место, чисто, в кофейне кофе неплохой, администраторы очень приветливые.
Несколько минусов:
- Иногда интернет провисает, если на звонке в zoom больше 3 человек, то начинает жутко тормозить звук и картинка. Больше 80 mbps не показывал. Насколько я поняла это из-за заглушек в центре.
- Тихая зона находится над арендуемыми офисами, которые далеко «не тихие». Также многие не умеют себя вести, думаю нужно таблички на всех столах поставить с указанием, что если у вас звонок на час - то будь добр в кабинку уйти.
- Мало дневного света на втором этаже (тихая зона вообще без окон)

- There is no quiet zone. Often people shout, laugh loudly, there is no culture of behavior, and administrators do not monitor this in any way. Also, various events are held loudly in the room, which also distracts from work.

Хороший коворкинг и место для проведения тренингов и семинаров. Есть переговорки от 8 человек, до 60-80 человек. Можно снять офис, есть зум-переговорки, всё необходимое для работы в коворкинге, печеньки, кофе, вода - есть.
Так же в здании книжный магазин, можно что-то для себя выбрать.
На протяжении 1.5 месяцев вели тут тренинг, остался доволен.

Очень классное место, работать удобно - хороший интернет, несколько рабочих зон опен-спейс, переговорные, конференц-залы. И эстетически глазу очень красиво особенно стеллажи с книгами ❤

Снимаем у них коворкинг, сотрудники отзывчивые, помещения удобные, такая как находятся внутри китоб олами можно сделать отличную фотосессию и купить понравившиеся книги, так сказать совместить приятное с полезным)

Хорошо расположены столы, не направлены друг к другу, что хорошо. Иначе противоположный взгляд незнакомцев отвлекает. Приятное комьюнити. Чистая кухня, приятный, отзывчивый персонал.

Красиво в целом, но я арендовал 1 местную кабинку и в ней было 2 серьёзных недостатка. 1) очень жарко 2) нет звукоизоляции. Я полностью слышал о чем говорил человек в соседней кабинке и он так же слышал мой разговор. Но если хотите молча посидеть в опенспейсе с ноутбуком, то для этого все супер, красиво, не дорого.

три дня скорость интернета была 1 мегабит, на просьбу решить проблему два дня подряд сказали - во всей стране так 😂😂😂 мы решили поехать в другой коворкинг, и там было 200 мегабит, в нем и остались ))

Если вы дизайнер или фрилансер, отличное место для работы. Open space с необходимой оргтехникой и хорошим интернетом. Обстановке придаёт особый уют библиотека, хочется сразу включить мозг )))
