I came to Chausy in the autumn of 2019 to honor the memory of my grandfather, who died in 1943. He was buried in a mass grave in the village of Vysokoe.I visited the Museum of local lore. I liked the exposition, special thanks to the guide, she told me very interestingly, I learned a lot about the battles at the Prilepovsky pladzdarm 1943-1944, the year.I left a photo of my grandfather and his biography.Thanks again!
