An amazing workshop -school! I am very glad that I chose them among similar "establishments". From the threshold you fall into friendly hands: from the administrator at the entrance to the last minutes of the master class! Having a good time or celebrating a birthday is a great idea! A competent, understandable explanation, demonstration, work with both children and people who are quite mature. Products are given out quickly, beautifully designed already! I sincerely recommend it and we will come back ourselves!

We went to the MK with bowls for pets.
1) There were 4 people on the MK: two adults and two preschool children. I have nothing against children, but it is obvious that such a combination leads to irregular group work, uneven distribution of time, attention and additional difficulties for both the teacher and the visitors of the MK. It is clear that they "molded" a group of those who were there. But it would be right for the participants to say it in advance.
2) At MK, guided by what the master said, they chose certain shapes, colors and types of glaze, trying to coordinate one with the other in conditions of an already limited choice. But after the completion of the MK, we received a call and were told that due to the inexperience of the master (by the way, there are no questions on our part) and the technological difficulties, the colors and glazes we chose cannot be made. The administrator referred to the fact that the glaze should not be disturbed - they say, this will lead to the fact that the product may crack during firing. Although a short search on the Internet gives the opposite answer. Interestingly, at the same time they offered to buy a separate icing machine and mix the glazes themselves there - i.e. when you pay extra, then you can interfere with the glaze. When I said that I was ready to take the risk of damaging my product by mixing the glazes, the receptionist said that they just don't do that.
In general, it seems that the school has decided to simplify its work and reduce costs at the expense of customers - and ideally also earn money. Although when you give 100 rubles for a clay bowl, you wait... Well, at least some flexibility.

I was at the master class 2 times with friends. Twice - as they ran a marathon. Absolutely little time. Judging by the previous comments, the wishes of their guests were not taken into account). About the master class: While you are doing one thing, they explain the other in parallel, you ask again-you come back-you do not have time, they are in a hurry, there is little time for painting, because of the constant rush there is no opportunity to relax, enjoy the process and drink tea (which is still standing in the corridor and few people have time to try it). I think many people after a work week with deadlines just go for a relaxing creative atmosphere, relax, and get in a hurry and stress for their money).
Add half an hour or an hour to the master class, treat your guests, turn on pleasant music and most importantly - do not rush. Then I might want to come back to you and recommend the studio over and over again.

Interesting workshops, good entertainment for both couples and friends, if you love creativity and are not afraid to get your hands dirty with clay. The staff is pleasant, polite, friendly. There was a small mistake that they sent me an sms about the readiness of the product, but not to my friend, but everything was ready on the spot without any problems, so I don't consider it a big minus

Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant aftertaste from the service. I pre-booked an individual lesson for myself and my little daughter, paid for it, and received an e-mail confirmation. Arriving at the lesson, I find out that it was canceled, without even thinking about sending a cancellation notification and returning the money for the lesson. Other people were working in the studio instead of us. I had to spend 2 hours with a small child to find out the situation and why the money was not refunded immediately after the cancellation of our lesson. Although it turned out that if you buy a lesson online, then there are no problems with refunds. It was very unpleasant that I had to solve the problem within 2 hours instead of enjoying the lesson.

It was a pleasant school, I attended three master classes. The rooms are bright and spacious, all the craftsmen had excellent classes, helped with the products.
A very positive atmosphere, you can relax, a nice bonus of tea and cookies.
Finished products are also super, adds comfort and character to the house.

I attended two master classes. It's a wonderful place. The only drawback:
- the explanation of the next steps is given when not everyone has finished performing the previous step. I often couldn't keep up with the group. You need to ask again, because of this you are in a hurry and doing something wrong.

Очень понравилось! Есть гончарный круг. Обязательно уточняйте при записи на МК будет ли изделие делаться с помощью гончарного круга))) Как оказалось вазы, которые выглядят как после круга, часто лепятся в ручную, что тоже очень интересно на самом деле. Я пробовала и с кругом и без, всегда оставалась довольна и процессом и результатом. Можно организовать там свидание или девчачью тусовочку. Очень рекомендую!

Была на индивидуальном уроке по ручной лепке. Осталась довольна, очень красивая и приятная студия, все подробно рассказали и показали, удалось сделать то изделие, которое было задумано. Однозначно рекомендую. Большое спасибо!

Очень атмосферное место. Ходили с сыном 10 лет на мастер-класс "Елочные игрушки". Мастер все подробно рассказывает, только слушать нужно внимательно. Сын самостоятельно справился со всеми этапами изготовления игрушек. Результат забираешь не сразу, но нам отдали очень быстро. В школе царит необычная атмосфера творчества, отдыхаешь душой. Очень рекомендую для посещения.

Удивительное уютное место с чудесной доброй атмосферой, простором для творчества, вкусным горячим чаем и замечательными людьми. Попадая туда, забываешь обо всех проблемах и делах и возвращаешься в детство. Для меня знакомство с «Колоколом» стало приятным сюрпризом, обязательно приду снова.

Был на мастер классе по лепке ваз. Преподаватель вежливый, с юмором, помогал и объяснял. Мужская половина сразу отнеслась скептически, но потом как дети увлеклись и не заметили, как пролетело 3 часа. Для новых ощущений можно посетить.

Идеальный вариант чтобы провести выходные! Даже если вам кажется что вы «криворучка» не переживайте! С опытными и внимательными преподавателями у вас все получится. Мы с подругой делали вазы, наш преподаватель Светлана была вовлечена в процесс, все рассказывала, подправляла где нужно. В общем нам очень понравилось! Ждём с нетерпением наши вазы ❤️

Проводили корпоратив! Очень понравился формат. Была впервые. Ощущения от пространства позитивные. Члены команды школы прекрасно преподают.

Прекрасное место и отличный отдых для чего то нового!!
Стоит отметить преподавателя Светлана ,её помощь и чёткие рекомендации для создания шедевров.
Но помните,что если вы хотите получить полностью готовый шедевр-надт подождать ещё 2 недели (обжиг и нанесения цвета-стоит это отдельно)

Отличный сервис (и чай с крендельками предложили и зарядное устройство по просьбе предоставили), приветливый персонал, качественная глина разных цветов. Ходила на МК Нерикоми и Нерияги. Занятие понравилось, хочу ещё 😍
