The tiles are falling off the floor, terribly heavy on opening the doors of the first and ground floor... There are no signs indicating where the toilets are in the building.

Paid toilets ...:( Some kind of 20th century. The building needs urgent repairs. A decent city center. And the sight of a withered building spoils the city
