I had an unpleasant experience interacting with this workshop, a branch on Zenkov. I gave the boot tops to be sewn on leather shoes, the ankle was standard and I wanted to eliminate the visual effect of a "pencil in a glass". Firstly, they immediately began to dissuade you, there are a lot of things here. centimeters, wear it like this, in response to my words that I have not worn new shoes for 3 years, because I feel awkward because of this effect. Secondly, they offered to sew it in a place where it is "easier for the master and cheaper" ("about 3000 tenge"), i.e. by the inner zipper (there is an outer zipper on the shoes, a purely decorative element, it does not unbutton), and not by the back seam, as I asked (this is possible, as they said, but it is difficult for the master), and as for the fact that the middle back seam will shift inward, it did not bother them at all, they said it would be uncritical, okay, OK. Next, I was warned that what I want (suturing on the back seam) is 2 times more expensive (6,000 tenge, well, God be with them, let it be so), the masters have a lot of work now, waiting lists and all that. I reluctantly agreed to the terms "easier for the master", although I was ready to pay more and wait (I was advised to go to another branch, perhaps (but not exactly!) there's less waiting). I said it right away. The case takes place on October 9th. The next day, I still decided to tell the master that I want a back seam stitch, even if it's more expensive, but it will look better, I call them, they tell me the master has a day off, OK, I'm waiting, they called me back on October 14 (the administrator) and said that it still won't work on the back seam, and besides, their shoe machine broke down, the deadlines are being pushed back (the machine will be repaired after about the 16th), OK, okay, I agreed again, we agreed that I would come to the fitting to the master on the call. It takes place on October 16,.. then for another 2 weeks, I start calling, the phone is disconnected.It should be noted here that the master's phone was not given to me, they said there was no other phone, so only the city, one call center for all branches and you wait for them to switch. This mess with calls (with the lack of communication with them) has been going on for several days, from October 30 to November 3, I could not get through. I decided to go already, but on the 3rd they picked up the phone, explained that the phone did not work (as if we live on a desert island and none of them have a personal mobile connection, they have my number recorded) and invited me to come (I thought I was going to a fitting, because everything was agreed according to their version (zipper closure). I arrive on the 4th of November, (receipt from the 9th of October, I remind you), I am met by my master Yakimenko Sergey Alexandrovich (he is approx.30) and AGAIN he tells me that he will sew it with a zipper!
