I wanted to buy a headphone amplifier, well, yes, I thought it was a simple task nowadays. Anyway. I called more than once, but I didn't get through; although it was a working day on the website, they were either reset or not answered. I left a request on the website through the "buy in one click" button - silence ... no response, no greetings, well, it's not needed anymore, I waited half a day - not even a hint of a call (actually, because of this attitude, you lose customers). As a result, I had to quickly search the Internet in search of at least someone, and, fortunately, I found another store, and, surprisingly, I got through - the order was placed and picked up within an hour (suddenly, and so you can work).
THE VERDICT
Customer orientation is zero.
An almost disrupted holiday, torn nerves. Wasted time.
So much for the service in 2024.

I ordered headphones, I received an email confirming the order, but no one called me from the store, even two days later, my order was simply ignored, I bought headphones from another store, I am satisfied with their services, and this one receives an honorable 1*
I tried to call them for an hour and a half yesterday. I wanted to order headphones.
