The staff is wonderful. Very responsive. Beautiful SPA area and swimming pool. Room cleaning is good, but you have to ask for small things: they forget to leave the pasta, tea spoons, etc.
The hotel itself is already in need of repair, the fittings are self-falling, it is very draughty from under the door in the cottages. I want to say separately about the kitchen for breakfast: it's just terrible! It is very poor and not tasty. For those who follow KBZHU, there is nothing to eat. There is not a single national dish, the choice of dishes is very limited. Very hard-boiled eggs, sausages, porridge with milk, powdered omelette and that's it. There are no fish at all. It doesn't look like five stars at all. But there are simply no other options for living yet.

We rested at this hotel recently, for 10 days. After a long journey and flight, we arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m. before check-in. They promised to check in early for a certain surcharge, but this never happened. For 5 hours, we had to spend time with a minor child in the lobby on sofas in full view of all vacationers, while the hotel staff was inactive. Surprisingly, the 5-star hotel, as he claims, did not have a room for temporary accommodation of guests. Breakfasts are monotonous throughout the rest, there is no walking area, there is not a single bench to relax on site, the Internet constantly freezes. Of the advantages:clean everywhere, comfortable beds, great pool and Jacuzzi.

The best hotel in Tsakhkadzor. It's getting worse in the neighborhood. The staff is very polite, helpful, and hospitable. The condition of the deluxe furniture requires repair, but none of the staff is interested in it. Shampoos and gels in the room are low-grade. Room cleaning is poor, regardless of the tip amount. The breakfasts and dinners included in the price are monotonous, but of good quality. In the only restaurant, the cuisine is good, the products are fresh, they cook with a soul, and around the clock! Children have nothing to do, there is no animation.
All the disadvantages of the hotel are compensated by the wonderful, hospitable people of Armenia!

In general, it differs from the pictures that are on the Internet, they settled in a suite in a cottage, the room is very pleasant with a beautiful balcony and mountain views, but there are a lot of nuances in the form of cracks on the sink / plaster, tiles on the street, etc. The shady playground is in very poor condition, they waited for the puddles to dry out after the rain, because everything is in the pits, they gave a stripped ball, which it was impossible to play with. The pool is large, but the saunas are separate, unfortunately, It is not very comfortable in this space. There is not a very large selection for Breakfast, but it is delicious (I liked the pastries). I was a little confused that only a few cottages are residential, the rest are unfinished (but apparently this is the norm for Tsakhadzor and Armenia)
In general, the hotel is clearly not five stars, maximum 3.

The hotel is great. The pool is magnificent. Cleaning may be lame, but it doesn't matter. And that's what concerns food.... Everything is bad. I am silent about the friendliness of at least someone from the restaurant department. Ordering an omelette for breakfast is a huge favor. You can have dinner only God willing with two dishes from the menu category. In the year 22, this was not felt. Spoils the whole wonderful experience of the hotel!

I would especially like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Sonya Bagratyan for her excellent work in terms of hotel reservations and other organizational issues. The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. The cuisine is at a high level, the breakfasts are varied and have a fairly wide range. At dinner, you can also have a very tasty, varied and inexpensive meal. The rooms justify their stated level. It is clean, cozy and comfortable enough. There were no disadvantages.
