An amazing hotel. A paradise in the heart of Armenia. Incredibly friendly, highly qualified staff and excellent cuisine. Every day of our stay we couldn't decide whether to explore the sights or once again soak up the SPA and pool. It was very difficult to leave the hotel :)

The only drawback is the rooms in the cottages. It is very cold, blowing from the windows, we were saved by air conditioning, heaters. And it is inconvenient to constantly put on outerwear to walk across the street and enter the main building of the hotel, since everything is there-a restaurant, bars, lobbies, a swimming pool, playgrounds, you can even go to the casino through the premises. Otherwise, everything is great.

I stayed at this hotel 2 times. I really liked it. Service at level 5*. Delicious breakfasts and delicious food are prepared in the restaurant. There is a transfer to the ski area.

I was with my family in January. The pool is dirty (probably unwashed for two months), a monotonous menu and a small selection, the women's hammam did not work all the time, the noise in the room (as if the water pours periodically, it is very annoying at night). The room is dark, even with all the lights on. The rooms are smoky (you can smoke everywhere in Armenia, both in the restaurant and in the room, there are no separate smoking areas). In general, an ordinary 4-star hotel.
