Цены и качество хорошие, но организация заточена на оптовиков, розничными покупателями сдесь будет менее комфортно (если они не знают точно что им нужно), но все равно без покупки не останутся

Странная контора, мягко говоря, по другому не могу сказать. Надо было небольшой объём металлочерепицы нестандартного цвета- крышу переделывал. Искал завод, где могут сделать минимальный объём. Позвонил в данную компанию. Звонишь на городской алматинский телефон- попадаешь в российский колл-центр. Телефоны местных менеджеров не дают категорически. Сказали, что минимальный объём 20 м.кв., меня устраивает, хотя мне надо 14 м.кв., приезжаю заказывать-по факту минимальный объем от 50 м.кв. Спасибо "замечательному" менеджменту компании за бесцельно потраченное время. Спустя пару часов ещё раз познил, опять попал в московский контакт центр. Опять подтвердили, что минимальный объем 20 м.кв. , удивились, что в алматинском филиале мне сказали что мин. 50, поохали, поахали, обещали доложить начальству, разобраться и перезвонить. И тишина... Вывод: имейте ввиду, что если у вас в процессе заказа в данной конторе возникнут какие-либо проблемы, то это ваши проблемы, а им на вас здесь наплевать.
Качество обслуживания норм. Цены тоже. Качество товара на высоте. Внутри есть неплохая столовая, если проголодались, то вовсе не обязательно искать кафе. Если собираетесь оплачивать налом, то снимите деньги заранее, т.к. рядом находится только банкомат АТФ банка.
Отличные ( в хорошем смысле) цены и качество металла. Мне очень понравилось. Есть маленькие нюансы при заказе и получении товара, но это с лихвой окупает цена и качество

Сотрудники проявляют индивидуальный подход, например Екатерина - менеджер, рассчитала и помогла мне подобрать необходимое количество сайдинга на дом.
Тут цены меняеться. Когда звонишь в кол центр говорят одну цену. Когда приезжяешь говорят другую цену. Завышенную. Так же не возможна узнать причину. Их нее начальство должно было мне позванить и сообщить причину. Я свой контакты оставлял. Но звонка так и не было. Одним словам сервис не понравился !!!
Работают хорошо, цены ниже не нашёл. Возможно на ходовые цвета и виды профиля на базаре найдёте, но если нужен размер и оттенок определенный, то к ним.
Минус что доставки нет.
Хорошее качество товара, менеджеры компетентны и хорошо разбираются не только в своей продукции, но и в вопросах возникающих при расчете и планировании кровли, фасадов, заборов...
