On October 18, we celebrated our daughter's birthday with a large company in the Park - we were very satisfied 🔥 we rented the whole room, there was enough entertainment for everyone, both children and adults, the karaoke booth was especially popular 😂 thanks to the animators and the administrator for the organization and atmosphere, friendly and responsive) three hours was not enough for us, we wanted to stay longer)

The park is just great! The staff is responsive, all the girls are charged, smiling, 100 percent doing their job! The infrastructure of the park is incredible! There are a lot of bright, interesting, unusual locations for children and adults. The neon atmosphere fits perfectly into cool photos for social networks! There are sooo many activities in the park that make your eyes run away! I want to try everything at once, so I don't want to leave the park at all! The impressions of visiting the park are unforgettable) I highly recommend it!

It's a cool place at first glance. But there are many buts... The first thing that horrified me was the unsanitary conditions (the toilet is dirty). The second is the mood of the animators (it feels like they are being forced to work there). The third is the attitude towards children (visiting time is before 16.00, the child turned on the game, why turn it off in the middle of the game and say "time is over", it would be better not to turn it on at all). In short, the impressions are unpleasant. I do not recommend visiting this institution. And I will add, it was not organized and the children were bored.

the idea itself is not bad, but the organization is just disgusting. We celebrated with friends at Stolitsa shopping center and were extremely dissatisfied. A huge number of children from several other schools were herded into such a small area, if I'm not mistaken, there were 3 of them at the same time. Children of different ages, those who were younger were simply trampled on, called names, swore obscenities, animators could not divide some locations between holidays, there was a constant queue for entertainment, parents did not even have a place, they had to wait for time in the corridor of the "Capital". The child went home crying, we had never had such a thing. Never again!!!

We celebrated our son's 9th birthday in Neon Park. Great space, full of entertainment for children (and adults found activities to their liking :)), friendly staff., thoughtful program with clear timing. Many thanks to the administrator Anna and the presenter Anastasia! The girls coped well with our large company (and these are 18 children), were professional, pleasant in communication, took into account all our wishes, suggested what and how best to do, generally surrounded with care and created a comfortable environment. 3.5 hours flew by unnoticed!
The only wish is that there is a time gap between the companies.

It may be possible to come according to an individual program, but I do not recommend a place to celebrate a birthday. My son was 8 years old. There were 9 of our guests and 2 more birthdays with us + people on their own. For such a small room, this is too much. There is an opportunity to invite a Bear who will congratulate, who will congratulate the entire neon park, even if you did not order it, while if you are not a guest of this particular birthday boy, you will be quickly asked to leave the dance floor. The professional qualities of the photographer are also in doubt. I'll add a couple of profs. Photos that were paid 50 rubles for. The video on the spinner was sent only after being reminded several times. The children liked it, but we won't celebrate holidays there anymore. 470 rubles have been paid, and 100 rubles have been worked out. The organization of the presenters is also questionable. One of the videos from the spinner shows how the child got hit on the head with this particular spinner. We probably need to protect it somehow, but there is nowhere to protect it, because here they play basketball, play air hockey, ride a motorcycle and spin the spinner.
