I do not advise anyone to write to tech support, even robots have higher IQs! Dumb questions, standard answers. Solutions 0. Based on the experience of past monthly problems, I called support. No one goes by express, but they promised to solve it on Thursday, they promised to come on Thursday 2 times, no one came, they said a global accident, all the repairmen are there! I waited on Friday, similarly.
The operators refer to the Coordinator of the installers - his name is Oleg, apparently no one knows her without a surname!
On Saturday, I also call, and in the end it is forced out that everyone is busy again, and no one will come, BUT at the same time the installers call and say we are going, ok fine.
The guys arrived, they test the media converter, which stands on the street under the roof and no one touched it, I say look for it in the wrong place ...
They go outside, show them the 2nd pillar, I say check the site there, there is a clutch. Well, the guys are literate, they cut the whole cable in the center!!!....Effect 0..
As a result, a new line is pulled from the coupling, measured to the converter, and the desired piece is cut off...But!!! I'm too lazy to carry out the perimeter of the garage, as the old one was lying, and they put another coupling on the corner, a piece of cable in the trash...
And yes, the Internet is working! I hope this review reaches at least someone, and I will mention it separately:

in general, the Internet does not work stably and poorly. At the same time , the company itself works as absolutely not customer - oriented villains ) . Advice to those who are forced to sign a contract with them - read the contract carefully because they will try to get money from you both within the framework of the contract and outside it, coming up with all sorts of tricks.
The worst company I had to work with. The office programmer recommended ((( In 3 months three times breakage, ELIMINATE 2 WEEKS!!! But it is impossible to refuse services without losses, 73,000 tenge must be paid compensation (according to the contract, by the way). 17 days a month out of 31 there was no Internet, they decided to terminate the contract, slapped compensation for the connection. When it's NECESSARY, you can't get through to the support service, but when it comes to the payment of NLS compensation, then you will be "cut off the phone". I can't reach the management, I can't get through. There is no one to complain and nowhere to go. I do not recommend, not reliable, not respectable!!!We switched to the previous provider, we are sitting, we will not get enough of it!

Ужасный сервис. 4 раза за неделю падает интернет. Неисправность техники которую не заменяют. Падает интернет регулярно в 8 вечера, монтажники работают до 6. Починка к утру. Менять технику отказываются. Интернет для бизнеса, весьма дорогой, еще и столько денег и клиентов потеряли. Ужасный провайдер! Деньги возмещать отказываются! Расторгаем договор. Не подключайте, потеряете бизнес!!!!!!
Косячный провайдер, интернет то пропадает по появляется. Дозвониться не возможно. Сайт их отвалился. телефоны отключенные вообще не советую этого провайдера
Обратилась в компанию NLS KAZAKHSTAN специалисту Айдару, вся работа прошла быстро и легко. Менеджер курировал весь процесс, всегда был на связи, подетально объяснил все этапы. С интернетом теперь проблем нет, спасибо!

Пожалуй они предоставляют самый быстрый интернет. Везливые сотрудники, оперативное подключение, не мало важная часть очень пунктуальны) С ними наша компания забыла о перебоях с интернетом.
Даже не вздумайте с этой компанией связываться, оплатили деньги за подключение интернета, они не смогли даже подключить))), так еще и деньги не вернули, говорят красиво и обещают очень много. Сначала был менеджер Дархан, затем Жан, потом директор Антон, финансовый директор Елена Генералова, вообщем друг на друга ссылаются, офис менеджер постоянно врет. Не тратьте свое время и деньги на не известные мелкие конторы, которые якобы предоставляют качественные услуги и давно на рынке, это не правда. Это ДНО
