We stopped by a sushi bar (pizzeria) with a friend on Friday evening. The staff is very attentive, helpful, all dishes from the menu are available, the waiting time is 10-15 minutes (coffee was brought within 5 minutes). Pleasant unobtrusive music. I take off one star for the Monomakh salad: they were too lazy to cut off the tough skins from the ham, which were not chewed at all.

It's a disgusting place. 30.07 we decided to visit Olympia with our family, there were 7 of us and we were the only ones in the hall. After making an order, we asked the waiter about the waiting time, we were told 35-40 minutes (which is the norm for restaurants). There was nothing supernatural in the order (7 salads and 7 hot ones). The horror had already begun when we ordered, as it turned out, half of the menu was missing, but that's half the trouble. The salads were brought to us an hour or twenty hours later. And this is despite the fact that initially they said the time for serving all dishes was 35-40 minutes. After eating the salads, we specified how long it would be hotter, we were told that in 30 minutes. At the end of 30 minutes, we specified how long the long-awaited hot dish would be served to us, and again we were told 30 minutes. After sitting in this place for about two hours and twenty minutes, I once again clarified how long it would be hot, and again they said 30 minutes. Where have you seen waiting for a hot 2-3 hours? I expressed my complaints to the administrator and asked him to call the cook to me so that I could clarify what could be cooked for so long. Unfortunately, the cook refused to come out to us (I hope she was very ashamed). And the cook was justified by the fact that he was alone and he was from the cold shop. In two and a half hours, it was already possible to go to Minsk, buy these dishes somewhere and serve them to us. The place is disgusting and the attitude towards visitors. Where is the management looking? We have no complaints about the waitress girl, who is apparently a schoolgirl. Bar drinks were served on time, that's the only reason I give one star. (For comparison, without waiting for the hot stuff in Olympia, we went to the "Spadchyna" and there they gave us all the dishes in 35-40 minutes and we were also alone in the institution. Take the example of Olympia!) Fire your inept chefs, which even Caesar can't do properly! Complete shame!

I do not know for what reason they do not write reviews here, but it is impossible to keep silent about this We celebrated the holiday, the service is terrible ... a big banquet, 2 waiters, running around two halls, of course we have a lot of dirty plates, no one is watching this, many times we went to ask for bread, coffee, water. Coffee was brought cold and poured into a saucer. This is not all, you can list endlessly. I am generally silent about the communication between the administrator and his "deputy". Rudeness on rudeness. Instead of apologizing for the ruined evening, they began to be rude and deny their guilt. I also wanted to note that the administrator was not at the workplace, and I had to wait for him to resolve the issue, since the "deputy" said that he didn't care what we were telling him here. I really ask the heads of this institution to pay attention to the work of employees!!! I highly do not recommend this institution if you do not want to spoil your evening or an important holiday!
