The park is in disrepair, they did a watering system last year, I have never seen it watered, instead of roses, some shrubs were planted that no one cares for, tiles are coming off, pieces are lying around, they were redone several times and all to no avail, the trees are withered, large branches break off, the wipers are poorly cleaned, very they are rarely seen, there are no advantages, only disadvantages
