We've been planning to visit this Instagram restaurant for a long time. Objectively, the best photo zone in Minsk. A beautiful courtyard, a cozy atmosphere in the institution itself. Very helpful, friendly service. The Portuguese wine is of excellent quality, as is the lemonade. We didn't quite understand the Caesar salad with artichokes. Apparently they expected more. The serving is not bad, the portion is huge. There was not enough interesting sauce, and apparently artichokes are not our option. I hope the next time we come back, our gastronomic experience will be more successful.

Very good kitchen! Everything is insanely delicious, the dishes are very interesting.
The atmosphere is on the level.
The service is also excellent. Special thanks to Renat, who served us. In honor of his birthday, he said very pleasant words, so warmly and sincerely. It's very nice to get something like this besides a birthday cake! He constantly paid attention to every little thing. We are very satisfied!

I visited this place for the first time yesterday, and I really liked it!!
Of the advantages: well, a very cozy courtyard with a European atmosphere, the veranda is decorated unusually and very beautifully, smiling and pleasant waiters, delicious desserts (I liked Pavlova - they have a light and not very sweet dessert with berries and mango sauce).
Of the cons: there is 1 female and 1 male stall in the toilet, there is a queue on weekends, and a slightly overpriced menu, but I think you can pay extra for the atmosphere)
Greek salad + fresh fruit + dessert came out 50 rubles.
It is mandatory to book a table on weekends, as everything is busy.
Conclusion: if you haven't been here yet, the weather is 20+ degrees outside, you want to go somewhere, comfortably and beautifully sit and talk with your loved ones, and at the same time walk around the center of Minsk, and you are ready to spend your money - book a table and welcome to Pinky!

Delicious, beautiful (though more outside than inside). But there is one big disadvantage: the crowd of people in the photo zone. We celebrated a birthday at the institution, but we couldn't take a general photo. The photo zone is a cool marketing move, but in my opinion, it was worth making some restrictions for people or somehow indicating the advantage of visitors to the establishment in the photo zone. I couldn't even take beautiful photos on the balcony, because people from the street went up there. As a result of the evening, there are no photos, although the institution was chosen for this purpose.

Pinky was visited on the recommendation of the owner of the apartment in the center of Minsk (Nemiga), there were many establishments within walking distance, but we decided to take the advice "where to have dinner".. The cold reception at the entrance of the hostess girls with a third full hall surprised, but did not confuse. Although, for getting to know Minsk and Belarus, warm empathy in all food establishments has become mainstream. We (a family of 3 people) obediently went to the designated place, received the menu and almost immediately realized that it would be extremely inconvenient to work with devices on a low sofa with a coffee table.
Next, our natural request to transplant (I repeat, the hall was empty for 2/3), and the hostess's answer "only for an hour" put everything in place.. I probably wanted to evaluate the kitchen and the entire service, so we stayed. It was delicious (pumpkin soup with shrimp, tuna tartare, mushroom risotto, shrimp popcorn, churros, drinks..), but the portions are extremely small. The waiter tried to smooth out the impression, but with such a landing, they served for a long time anyway. In general, I don't think our recommendation was wrong, you can have dinner at this restaurant. The question is the mutual desire of the parties. The interior looks interesting.

A super place, cozy, interesting, and most importantly delicious. We tried meat : steak and filet mignon - very tasty, huge portions. But from the seasonal menu, crab donuts were not understood, it looks more like just donuts. But anyway, it's a great restaurant! The staff is friendly)

The decoration outside and the atmosphere inside are wonderful!
Politeness is great!
The food is delicious, but, alas, not all of it (the price tag is not low).
There is no synchronization of taking out food and drinks - that is, communication is disrupted.
And the strangest thing is that they serve cold espresso. I believe that this should be punished at the legislative level. Remember: iced coffee is a crime!
Total: there is room to grow. I am grateful to this place, and I hope to return here and not be disappointed in the simplest things.

It's hard to make a review. Everything is fine in the kitchen - everything is very tasty, but we came a little bit for something else - to eat and dance to good music, but we couldn't do the second one, the 1st DJ was nothing - but no one else danced (it was at 23.00 on Friday), the 2nd DJ turned on what the hell - and not for dancing and not for the atmosphere - some kind of tic tac on some basses is shapeless.

We visited the place in the evening, had dinner at the bar. Everything was pleasant enough. Bartenders Nikita and Andrey were very impressed. The guys are funny, they talked a lot and great about cocktails and drinks that are offered. Try their super pumpkin cocoa, the food and desserts are also at a high level. I wish the guys good luck in their business :) keep it up !!!!!

The food is stunningly delicious, I would even say that it is not worse in level than in Moscow restaurants with one Michelin star. Always instagrammed decorations of the location, regardless of winter or summer. But 4 points due to the disorganization of the staff. The service is not fast every time, but on the last trip we surpassed ourselves🥲 The table is not ready at the time of booking, the first part of the order appeared on the table after 50 minutes, although they did not warn about any delays, they asked for coffee with food, as a result they waited for it after serving the dish for another 20 minutes. As a result, breakfast took 1.5 hours, most of which were just sitting around waiting. If this had happened on the first visit, I would have put 2, this approach spoils the impression and mood as much as possible.

We decided to visit the institution on the weekend on the advice of friends, recommended because of the beautiful location, but in addition to the location it turned out that there is very tasty food, and pleasant staff who understands what the guest wants! I took salad and pasta, solely on the advice of the waiter, and everything turned out to be incredibly delicious, especially the author's cocktails. I have never written reviews on establishments, but in this case I was so impressed) I will definitely come for lunch.

For Instagram photos, the city center, a beautiful feed and that's how it would be! The three of us had lunch, everyone left hungry, well, the dessert at least sated a little! I don't like to pay for tasteless food, especially since the price tag is too high, they don't cook like they sell here. Pancakes with whipped cream brought some kind of oiled mini pancakes, unleavened pancakes, a tiny portion of fries. It's a great place. In general, this is both a restaurant and a good bar - you can have a good meal (the cheesecake is excellent) and it's not boring to sit at the bar without having to make a pretentious face. There are always a lot of people, so in the evenings it is better to book if you need seats at a table.

Hello everyone, usually when my beloved wife and I come for a walk to another city (we are from Gomel ourselves) we choose an interesting place for breakfast / lunch. This time we decided to visit Pinky Bandinsky, the place is just gorgeous, we even felt like we were not in Belarus, but somewhere in Europe. The first thing that surprised me was the SINCERELY smiling staff, it is very rare to find a sincere smile. The atmosphere is amazing. We weren't particularly hungry, but we took pancakes with salmon to eat, and I took buckwheat with poached egg. Yeah, of course I didn't think that food with such simple products could be so delicious. We definitely recommend you to visit. But there is one drawback, a parking space, but the weather is fine - we took a walk! And many thanks to the administrator Marina, for us she seemed to be the standard of how a real administrator should behave

A beautiful place is hidden unnoticed in a courtyard in the center of the city. It's definitely worth taking a look at the beautiful interior (especially in the evening), beautiful and delicious dishes. Another disadvantage is that they searched for a long time, there are no signs, they walked around the block twice until they asked a local resident for directions, why not hang some signs?
Well, still, the main disadvantage is the service - tin - boarding on a weekday was not complete, about 50-60%
As an example, a visitor was sitting alone at a huge table, and we, a large company, were offered to sit at a small coffee table without an awning in 30 degree heat.
The prices for the dishes are incredibly high, even in Sicily itself - lower.
General assessment - I do not recommend it

I was here with my friend the day before yesterday. Why we didn't go to this place before is not clear :)
We started with dessert, ended with sparkling wine with tartare)))
Everything is fine in the kitchen.
A small nuance: the rich taste of beef was interrupted by Dijon mustard dressing, but this is not critical.
The staff is polite, professional, explains things in an accessible way, advises on the menu, and handles taste preferences and desires.
Note to visitors: if you want certain places, book them. It doesn't matter on weekends or weekdays, book. There are a lot of people, the place is good. And on New Year's Eve, the installation is also the best in Minsk.

The place is cozy and pleasant to the eye! The staff is polite. The food is delicious! Borscht with apples and prunes! Salad with shrimp, pancakes with fish - everything is very tasty! I really liked the famous passion fruit cocktail (I don't remember the name).
Of the disadvantages: the toilet is not cleaned during the day. And by the evening it is unpleasant, to put it mildly, there are no hygiene items, the trash can is overflowing. It certainly spoils the impression. Perhaps this is not always the case. In general, I recommend an interesting place to visit!

A great place to gather a large or small company. I liked the patio the most, which will make you feel comfortable even in the rain. The musical accompaniment does not interfere with conversations among themselves at all. The food is delicious, the drinks are decent (moderately strong, too much ice (subjective opinion)), the service is fast and at a high level, the staff is responsive and friendly. 11.05 You received a call at about 22:00 asking for a reservation for 8 people and you did not refuse. Can anyone afford that, besides Pinkie? No, it was checked personally.
We arrived and a great surprise awaited us, our seats were taken! But the receptionist, I didn't remember the girl's name, escorted us to a separate room. It was great! Upholstered sofas, armchairs, entourage and dim lights! Vladislav accompanied us all evening. A person who knows his business, is tactful, polite and, most importantly, knows how to correctly suggest a choice.

Croutons are 10/10 and this is the majority opinion. If you want to know why, just order!
Cocktails (currant 7/10, passion fruit 10/10 excellent balance, gin and tonic 8/10)
Kiev cutlet 9/10 excellent serving, taste, side dish
Salads Greek style and with shrimp 9/10
Crab something 8/10 is a subjective opinion, since the cold ones liked it more
Of course, desserts. Everyone took a Basque cheesecake and it got an average score of 9/10
If we evaluate everything together, then I highly recommend getting into a separate room and enjoying your company. The staff did a great job, just like last time. The atmosphere was a plus. The price is adequate for such an evening of 75 rubles.

It's a very cool place. The kitchen is great. A must-visit. The first time we came in the evening on a weekday and there were no seats. We got free during the day, but it's weekdays.
