I see the door of the barbershop, I go in, and I understand that I got into the wrong barbershop and to the competitors, they politely send me to reform (make a sign in the yard). I go to the reform on Ostrovsky 5 and they tell me that you are not registered here, but in the center. And I say I received a notification that Ostrovsky is 5. In response, something vague said that this is our main point and you should have called us to clarify. It's close to go, but the taxi has already been released, and it's raining outside. Got wet in the rain. If you provide good services, then good service lies in micro-moments)
