Not bad rooms, good breakfasts, not an expensive bar on the ground floor (but one waiter and he disappears all the time), there is a steam room, sauna, swimming pool. There is only one disadvantage - the location, but the price covers this disadvantage.

The guy at the reception is Almas, in my opinion , he didn't even greet me ! We stood there until he finished his business there (sorting through the papers) Then I finally noticed I'm sorry, after that I didn't even have any desires. You had a bad time.

The bedbug. I checked in on the recommendation - and there are repairs on the floor below. With punchers, grinders and other charms. There is dust in the room, the phone is wired, the drain tank without a lid - to drain it, you need to pull the fittings, tin!!! As a result, I went on a good old Voyage. And as it turned out, there are TWO Renion hotels in Almaty - the right one is located at Kunaev 66, not far from the Voyage, but I, by mistake, booked a room not in it... Don't confuse it!

The hotel resembles an industrial building. Three floors, no elevator. Far from the city center. Otherwise a nice hotel. Good breakfasts. The check-out time is floating. If you check in in the evening, you can leave in the evening.
