I conclude that they collect them without paying attention to their appearance at all.
Adequate advice from the sales girl; the bouquet looks normal, not sluggish and not super fresh. The location is a bit confusing, but there are a lot of paper pointers.

Previously, I had the opinion that roses.bel is a guarantor of the quality of both services (delivery, florists) and products (flowers). And so it was. He has been their regular customer since 2020. No holiday was complete without flowers from the rose. white. Starting in the summer of 2023, roses of poor quality began to appear. The first time, I decided to skip it, it doesn't happen to anyone, maybe I overlooked it somewhere, maybe I didn't take care of it so well. The next day, half of the roses withered.
Another time, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother, on the occasion of her birthday. Again, everything is the same - the next day half of the flowers are in the trash, one day later - the whole bouquet is already in the bucket. It is a pity that the photos were not taken. After this incident, I spent a long time figuring out the relationship with the manager, we agreed that I would be given a consolation prize - a 10% discount on the next order. Even then, I decided that this was my last order.
It's been a while, my aunt's birthday. I still decide to give another chance, after all there is a discount, it's a sin not to take advantage. I ordered a bouquet with delivery, roses of good quality were brought.
And today, on February 14th, I decided to buy a bouquet for my girlfriend. The photo is attached. Firstly, they brought 14 roses instead of 15. Secondly, one rose was broken. Thirdly, everything is visible in the photo. The roses are clearly different from the ones I expected to give. The manager went to my “meeting". He offered to replace the bouquet. Literally, “You can contact any of our salons, where your bouquet will be replaced with your order amount, We apologize for the long response.” That's where I fell for the trick. I arrived at the flower salon on Pushkinskaya Street. And the manager tells me that the word replace meant to bring an old bouquet (which I do not own, which I gave to a person who lives outside the city (according to this logic, I ordered a bouquet with delivery, I had to go out of town, pick up a bouquet of flowers, take it to the salon. Who would compensate me for this?!)) so that I could be exchanged for a new one. I find it a little unfair and unfair. Nevertheless, the manager entered the “position” and provided a 10% discount on the next order, as well as compensation for two roses. I don't need discounts and compensation. I pay money and I want to get a good product every time, not on a case-by-case basis. I don't want a 10% discount, I want to give good flowers. Every time.
Maybe you'll be more lucky than me, but I definitely won't use the services of rosa.bel company anymore. Their delivery is good, there are no questions. But the quality of the supplied products leaves much to be desired, and customer service should also be improved. The “customer is always right” rule definitely doesn't work here.
They served quickly, told everything, explained, the delivery was also very fast, they said within 2 hours, delivered in 30 minutes. I was satisfied, and so was the recipient of the flowers))))))

We ordered 21 roses for Sportswear. In the morning they were taken away, in the evening there were 3 pieces left alive. Some of the buds inside were brown, i.e. they were not originally sold fresh flowers. I strongly do not recommend it!

The call center also did not solve the issue in any way, except for providing a discount to a store where no one else will buy! In general, do not throw away money! No one will return them to you!

Поздоровалась, в ответ на меня посмотрели и не поздаровались, отвернулись, я там постояла посмотрела витрину и ассортимент , никто внимание не обратил, а эти люди, там их было несколько, один админ и девушки которые что-то делали с цветами, они как болтали между сабой так и продолжили болтать о количестве цветов и поставках, даже не поинтересовалась чем мне помочь, я в итоге постряла не одну минуту и просто ушла без покупки, не отвлёкся девушек пусть дальше обсуждают. Интересно, для руководство это критично, что ваш персонал реальных клиентов упускает и лишает ваш магазин прибыли?
В прошлом году заказывали тут букет роз, всё было супер, хоть и бутоны не крупные, но букет был свежий и простояли цветы долго. Я даже была удивлена такому количеству низких оценок. Вчера муж заказал букет из 15 роз, мало того, что утром они уже подвявшие стоят, если сегодня еще простоят, то это будет очень удивительно, так еще и их 14 штук!!! Пожалуйста, пересчитывайте количество стеблей, не очень приятно было в день рождения получить чётное количество цветов.

Ответила девушка, сказала, что уточнит и перезвонит. Прошло 15 минут, никто не перезвонил. Звоню еще раз, уточняю где моя доставка. Девушка сказала, что курьер задерживается и спросила, сколько я могу подождать. Ждать не могу. Сказала, что свяжется еще раз с курьером и перезвонит. Не перезвонила, звоню сама. Трубку больше никто не взял. В результате букета никто не привез, настроение испорчено и больше цветы заказывать у данной компании не стану.
24.08.2023 заказал супруге букет цветов с доставкой. Приехали во время. Букет красивый.
На 28.08.2023 Супруга в восторге, так как цветы (розы) стоят уже 5-й день. Спасибо! Буду пользоваться вашими услугами.
Вчера вечером парень купил букет роз, сегодня утром все розы уже были завявшими! Я искренне не понимаю, зачем продавать настолько ужасную продукцию!Никому не рекомендую покупать цветы в розы.бел. Если еще ранее были неплохие букеты по приемлемым ценам, то на данный момент они продают откровенно говоря дохлые цветы.
