С 2016 года питался только тут. Всегда было вкусно, быстро готовилм, доставка отличная была, атмосфера всегда на высоте. До 2022 года. Сейчас честно, не хожу к ним и даже еду не заказываю. Цены выросли, ну это ладно, из за последних событий терпимо, но кухня стала просто отвратительной. Постоянно что то не докладывают в блюдо, забывают. Доставка стала долгой, если заказываешь на вынос, то блюдо отличается. Блины стали сухими, забывают соус класть. Шаурма стала сцхой, есть не возможно. Пицца стала совершенно отличаться. Но в общем, я как постояный клиент, может уже прмвык к вкусу их кухни, еще ладно, но вот все остальные факторы просто угнетают. Стал ресторан на любителя.

На территории автомойка и место где можно перекусить.
Месторасположение: не совсем удобное, проезжая дорога и многие впритык ставят машины. Одни приезжают перекусить, другие не автомойку и ещё зачем-то запихнули рядом шиномонтажку)))
Удобно поесть и помыть машину.
По автомойке: есть хитрость - если хотите помыть машину без очереди, платите двойную цену)
По заведению: есть несколько 3 зала.
Самый большой общий и светлый - там с детьми в основном и шумно.
Левее зал уже для посиделок, он для не курящих. Интерьер как у кафе.
И чтобы попасть в третий зал нужно пройти вдоль основного зала и по лестнице спуститься вниз. На вид как будто лаундж бар) он для курящих. Все вокруг дымят кальяном)
Заведение работает круглосуточно.
Итог:
Персонал - отлично!
Атмосфера - хорошо
Время ожидание блюд - быстро
Еда - хорошо с +
Интерьер - отлично

здраствуйте заведений класный мне понравилось один минус что шумно сабой кроме торта не чего не надо а цены на соки бешынный у меня 4ро детей не напились на ваши соки цены можно же по норм зделать и еще минус на игровые именниникам плотишь не бесплатно это минус посему если др у ребенока почему не бесплатно плотим и размер роста мой старший высокий хоть 4ком классе ему нельзя сказали кароче мальенкий пространства мало и шумно

Ждали блюда в зале почти час вместо 20 обещанных минут. Да, было 4 утра, но и мы не заставляли заведение работать круглосуточно. В целом в платном зале атмосфера неплохая. Не смогли сесть за желаемый столик, т.к. его не убирали, несмотря на просьбы. Сели на другой, без диванов, но вполне нормальный. Меню широкое, выше всяких похвал. Готовят вкусно.

Ставлю свои 5 мишленовский звёзд из 5 по заведениям.
Проехал Европу и Россию на авто, сейчас в Астане уже второе утро завтракаю тут и не встречал места вкуснее и демократичнее по ценам.
На мой взгляд, это лучше всех аналогов на рынке. Уверен, что при контроле качества и грамотном развитии сети франшиз - это новый лидер на постсоветском пространстве.

Хотела вкусного мяса и получила , было приятно получить призент , заказала капучино , принесли в подарок конфетку 🍬. Мило и улыбнуло . Очень красивая подача блюда , есть 2ой этаж , если хотите в тишину . Обстановка простая , но комфортная.
