I had a consultation and a trichoscopy. Gorgeous doctor Ekaterina Sergeevna Yerygina! She examined everything, gave recommendations and prescribed therapy, very pleasant and really interested in the patient! Delight!
The only disadvantage of this location of the center is the administrators at the reception.. no greeting, no smile. Busy with their own business and conversations.

Not so long ago, I signed up for a consultation to get checked out after a year of surgery. The staff is in the chat, you have a fat minus. How can you communicate like that? It's worth learning ethics.

Shine West in Uruchye on Independence. I had an appointment with Pavel Ivanovich Simonyuk, an oncologist. I was removing a mole. There are no questions for the doctor himself- clearly, concisely and to the point, polite, friendly. On the first visit, I paid for a consultation, removal of the formation, and a histology test. The second visit was supposed to find out the result of histology. It was recorded between other patients because I just needed to know the result. When I came for the result, I asked the administrator to just hand over the test result to me through a nurse, but they said that this was not allowed, only through the doctor's office. Good. They invited me to the office, and the doctor informed me that the education was not dangerous, and that everything was fine according to the analysis. He offered to examine the wound himself after removal, I said that everything was fine there, but at his request I showed him. The session took 1-2 minutes. I was not put on the couch, no consumables were used (disposable sheets, diapers, etc.), i.e. no consumables were used during my visit. When I came out after the visit, I was told to pay 24 rubles. For what? I asked the receptionist- for what? I was in the office for no more than 2 minutes, the analysis was paid for by me earlier! I just came for the result. To which, hiding a smile and averting my eyes, I was told that the doctor had billed the computer for a repeat consultation.....I won't get impoverished for 24 rubles, but the sediment remains very unpleasant, the feeling that you were cheated out of the blue. By the way, I did not see the form itself and the result of the analysis in my eyes, they did not give me the doctor's conclusion about the 2 visits, the reasons for the treatment, complaints and manipulations.

There is only one doctor in this center, and this is not the first time I have visited him. And that's the only thing that keeps me coming back to them. Maybe other doctors are good, BUT

It turned out that back in early July, I wanted to make an appointment with a doctor, but they said that I could only make an appointment on the waiting list. OK, I signed up myself and my husband.
At the end of August, I got a call, they offered me one date in September, which didn't really suit me, but they persuaded me to sign up. As a result, my husband went instead of me, and I asked him to put me in his turn.
Today I found out by chance that no one put me in my husband's place, we were simply removed from the waiting list. I was reassured by the fact that we recorded you. But I don't need the end of the queue. I need to see a doctor in October, not November or December.
And this is not the first time. Two or three goals ago, I made an appointment twice, and both times when I called to clarify my appointment, they told me that I was not registered.

I did circular eyelid blepharoplasty at this center with Dr. Stanislav Aleksanrovich Pilkevich. I am very pleased with the result and the operation itself. A wonderful team of doctors at the surgery. A very nice man, an anesthesiologist, joked and half-cheered me. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name to thank him. The nurses are polite and caring, very nice girls. There was a pleasant atmosphere of calmness at the operation, without fuss. It feels like Dr. Pilkevich is a professional in his field. The seams turned out to be thin. Two weeks have passed since the operation, and they are almost invisible. It's also nice that the Shine Est center has a fixed price for the operation, which is announced to you on the first day of the visit and then there are no additional charges. Because it is not pleasant when surprises appear later in the form of some additional payments for individual manipulations.

And if I hadn't been such a coward, I would have gone to her to tighten the oval of my face, I was so impressed with the consultation. Natalia told and explained the smallest nuances, while she turned out to be very open and pleasant in communication. So far, the need to wear a facial bandage for a month after surgery stops, and at the same time I am not a Minsk resident and live in two cities.

Moreover, the cost was asked twice before the recording itself. On the first visit, the specialist recommended that one third of the work be done to see how the skin reacts. OK. There were no questions about the size of the tattoo, the doctor discussed the same amount of work that was discussed in the correspondence in advance. There was another doctor at my second appointment. And suddenly the amount of work doubled, respectively, the price too. A very unpleasant situation and wasted time on trips to this center. The tattoo did not increase in size, so I do not understand how it was possible to make a mistake in the price after the size was specified twice in advance online, and then I personally went to the doctor's procedure and no one told me anything, but the turnover confirmed the amount of work.

I was booked to Shablinsky Evgeny Vasilyevich for a time examination, having previously confirmed (when confirming the recording, time was released earlier, but I said that I could not arrive earlier ), leaving the record the same. Arriving the next day at the recorded time , the doctor was no longer at the workplace . They could not explain this situation and alternative ways to solve this situation , too . Also, no one from the center called and canceled the recording.

During the 10 minutes of the consultation, he never gave me an answer to any question, assured me that I did not need surgery, at some point he stood behind me and put his hands on my chest! With the words that once in the palm fits everything is ok. This is not an examination and not a consultation in any way. The administration did not react in any way to the refusal to pay for the service and my indignation.
