There is no smell of customer orientation. My husband asked me to help him choose earrings for his wife, so they sold children's ones!!! And jewelry is non-refundable. They sold it, just to sell it.

On February 2, 2024, I bought a silver ring with cubic zirconia for my daughter on her 15th birthday at the Slavia Brest store. Manufacturer Kabarovsky, Russia. Less than three weeks later, the child's ring turned black. On March 9, I decided to return the ring to the store (I agreed to an exchange or a refund), but the sellers began to accuse me and my daughter of improper exploitation. That is, that we are to blame for using creams, ointments, as well as chemical detergents to clean the toilet, and thus the ring turned black. My daughter didn't use anything like that. I did write a statement at the store. A reply came to the mail from the management of ProRAMPO LLC that when the ring was examined by the store clerk, scuffs and darkening of the ring were found from the interaction of chemical factors. Based on the seller's assumptions (without expertise), the management stated that this was not a warranty case. I do not advise anyone to buy jewelry in this store. I regret that I read the negative reviews about the Slavia store on the Internet too late.

In this store, I bought earrings with natural pearls. A couple of days after the purchase, I decided to put them on and found a plaque on both the earrings themselves and the pearls. I went to the store and showed the detected defect. They immediately started yelling at me that there was no plaque here and offered to put earrings with NATURAL PEARLS into ultrasonic cleaning for my comfort (an ingenious idea, but the problem is that you can't clean natural pearls). The worst store that can be. They sell low-quality jewelry, they talk to you well only while you buy the product, as soon as you bring the goods and show that a marriage has been found, they immediately start yelling (fervent greetings to a blandish young lady over 50, with a square haircut, working with people is clearly not her (I'm sorry I didn't remember the name)). They hide behind the fact that when buying they are given to sign a sales receipt, which the buyer has no complaints about the appearance of jewelry. Unfortunately, I did not immediately see the marriage (I did not see it myself, so it was my fault). I do not recommend this store to anyone. Spare your nerves and money.
