It's delicious and beautiful here, but sometimes the music is off topic. And the staff is not very friendly, there were several small, but nevertheless repulsive cases.
And one day we forgot that only on weekdays they start at 9:00. We went on a day off at about 9:55. The doors were wide open, we wanted to go to the table, but they greeted us with displeasure and informed us that, "actually," they were still closed. So-so customer orientation. After all, it was possible to calmly warn us to wait these few minutes while sitting with the menu in our hands.

I am glad that I discovered this place for myself. The food is delicious, the portions are large, the menu is not standard - varied. I liked the tuna Bowl, but I was not impressed by the khachapuri taste.
The request to the waitress to answer questions on the composition of the dishes in more detail: the husband asked "what is gluten-free", he was answered - "there is no gluten"...and everything...neither what kind of flour is there, nor how it will taste different from the usual gluten dough...

Pros: A great cozy cafe with a beautiful interior, in the very center of the city, near the sights. Good staff. Delicious and high-quality food, large portions, fast cooking. Funny themed tableware (for example, a mug with an owl :).

The idea of the place is super, delicious, relatively healthy. but! The whole impression is spoiled by the staff. It feels like you came to their house, not to the institution. Arrogance, disinterest, the look of some waiters just makes you perplexed… It's easier to come and take the menu yourself, go make an order and go pay at the bar. I would also like to add about the lack of a large number of items from the menu, of the desserts there are often only one cheesecake.(+ I looked at the photos a year ago, they were still beautifully decorated before).
In general, in terms of service, this is not even a coffee shop. A good place is the cuisine, the atmosphere and the SERVICE. In this case, the service spoils the atmosphere. Leaving an institution where they feed you deliciously in a bad mood? Where has this been seen And this is the opinion of everyone who has ever visited you.
I would really like the institution to develop further, as the potential is good, but there is still work to do on the service

Unfortunately, not everything that is presented on the menu can be ordered, some items are not available and the waiters do not immediately warn about this. In general, the place is good, but it's better to watch a few dishes, if something does not refuse, you will not have to waste time choosing something new again.

I really liked the cafe! The only drawback is the Steep and slippery stairs for winter - the administration will work on this issue! And the cafe itself is so cozy, pleasant interior, clean tables and a clean toilet!!!! Very tasty and hearty dishes, we waited for 20 minutes at lunch in total, there was no choice of desserts - well, the day off, apparently everyone ate🤷♀️ the coffee was just wonderful! I have never drunk such a delicious cappuccino anywhere in Belarus and in such wonderful and cozy cups! Everything is reasonable for the price, there are not many places inside - you probably won't always get there, but we were lucky. Tips are not included in the receipt immediately- at your personal discretion, you can pay with a card and phone, but to do this, go to the bar, there is Wi-Fi in the establishment! I highly recommend a dish with broccoli pancakes and chicken mushrooms in a creamy sauce

Персонал, который взаимодействует с людьми приятный и все очень приветливый, но тоже не все. Нужно несколько раз подойти на бар, чтобы сделать заказ, потому что официанта так и не дождаться 🤷🏼♀️. Но не всегда так, повторюсь, смотря какая смена.
Кухня: наивкуснейшие сырники, но вот не всегда понятно на какую смену попадёшь. Бывает, что по часу нужно ждать сырники, а в итоге приносят просто творог со сметаной- совсем сырые, пинсу тоже ждали в последний раз час.

Хорошее место, красивый интерьер. Позиций не много, но чай и чизкейк были вкусными. Цены не очень кусаются, не намного выше среднего ценника. Персонал приветливый, хотя оплата не за столом, а за баром мне была неудобная. Розетки не работают. Советую проверить свежесть комплимента к чаю. А то раз уж подавать решили, то лучше не класть что-то 100 летней давности, все портит. в остальном супер.

Одно из любимых мест. Всегда все очень вкусно, очень вежливый персонал (что важно), и отличные цены. Очень нравится сама идея здоровой и веусной пищи. Прмещение очень камерное, но уютное, в нем приятно находиться. Сова всегда радует:)

Классное, атмосфераюное место! Кухня отличная. Очень люблю их детокс смузи со спирулиной. А недавно я попробовала изумительный медовик. Во многих местах пробовала, но такого вкусного не ела давно. Дорого, но туда хочется вернуться не раз.

Bad. 03/16/24 at about 17-17.30 I ordered a chicken roll to take away. Burnt and obviously not fresh chicken meat was put in it. It's disgusting. They wrote below that they were poisoned after such a roll - I can believe I threw away all the meat.
By the way, the roll was given away simply in foil, without a bag and napkins. The receipt/ invoice was also not given.
The place has gone bad. After the opening, we were frequent guests, in general, we liked it. It's getting worse now.
We've been there several times in the last month. I liked only one out of five items from the menu, the rest of the dishes are mediocre. It was as if they took the recipe at random and cooked it for the first time: the hollandaise sauce was tasteless (when the waiter asked if I liked everything, I said bluntly about the sauce, to which she replied that something strange was happening in the kitchen that day), the tuna biscuit was also about nothing.
Tea - only large volumes from 400ml, which is also not very convenient.
Service is a separate song. A brunette girl is just an eternal discontent, as if someone came to her house.
Bottom line: I do not recommend it.

They came up to ask about free tables, and we were so displeased that there were no seats that we didn't even want to ask anything more. The staff is not at all interested in having guests come back again. Responding to guests with such a dissatisfied face... the only thing that attracts is good and delicious cuisine. Добавила звезду за чистый и уютный санузел, цены и вкусный кофе. А так - оформление зала так себе, сфоткаться негде, стулья не удобные, на диванчик вдвоем за один столик не сядешь, музыка громковатая, в помещении душно, заказ ждали 35 мин, по вкусу не выше среднего. А и так не приятное впечатление полностью добила фраза девушки за барной стойкой по поводу того, что долго готовили (сказанную, к слову, не как претензию, а отвечая на ее же вопрос "ну как вам еда") - "ну вы же здесь не одни! Это блюдо при пустом зале готовится 25 минут!"
В общем больше туда не пойду и никому не порекомендую.

We found this coffee shop purely by chance because we were together with a friend from Mogilev, we would not have found it ourselves. The coffee shop is small, if there are a lot of visitors, then I consider this a huge disadvantage. The coffee is delicious, the staff is polite.
