We were on an excursion in Belarus, stayed at the hotel on King 12. The hotel is clean, it is clear that repairs are being done. But the service wants to be the best, namely: there are no refrigerators in the rooms, a kettle on the floor, if some room was taken, then that's it, no one sees the kettle anymore, the soap that is offered is not washed, shampoo and shower gel were not seen at all. Plumbing is falling apart, the toilet flowed last night. We went down to the reception to say there was no administrator, thanks to the guard, I went up to the room and fixed it a little.

Comfortable accommodation in the center of the capital. You shouldn't expect much from the rooms, but they have everything you need for a normal stay: a bathroom with a shower, there were no interruptions in the water supply; a small properly freezing refrigerator; an electric kettle; a wardrobe with clothes hangers; a small TV with 15 TV channels. The rooms were cleaned daily from 11 to 12. There is a cafe on the ground floor, open from 8:00 to 16, you can have breakfast and lunch normally. The nearest metro station is Frunzenskaya, 7 minutes on foot, 10 minutes on foot to Nemiga. There is a parking lot inside the yard!

In order to just spend an inexpensive night, in principle, it's fine. But! Although smoking is prohibited in the rooms, the room that I got was a smoky smell that had been soaking into the walls for years, etc.
I really miss the microwave. There was no one in the room or on the floor. If you come in the evening and want to eat something warm, then this is a problem.
The cafe, which is open at the hotel until 16:00.
The average lunch receipt is 9-13 rubles.
The location of the hotel itself is good. In the center of Minsk. In an affordable location there are shops, a poppy, a cinema and much more)
In general, I recommend the hotel if you are not looking for some frills.

We have stayed here with our family many times. They took either a suite or a junior suite. You don't have to wait much, the legacy from the USSR. We ourselves are from Russia, in the spring of 23 we paid with the mir card, now a three-room suite turned out to be 3000 rubles / day. Advantages: location in the center; good bed linen; entrance and exit around the clock, private Parking, wi-fi, there is a cafe on the ground floor. Cons: the cafe does not work on weekends, there is no coffee machine, the furniture in the rooms is quite ancient, the bathrooms are also so-so. The staff is nice and helpful. It is convenient to book by phone without prepayment.

Мы остановились в эконом семейном номере. Двухспальная кровать, телевизор, холодильник, чайник ,стол, стул, тумбочка. В номере душ и туалет. Гостиница находится в центре города. Удобное расположение. Разные цены. Персонал очень доброжелательный. В коридоре рядом с номером есть утюг и гладильная доска. Wi-Fi .

Номер чистенький, аккуратненький, довольно уютный. Убирают каждый день. Расположение отличное. За приемлемую небольшую оплату окунаешься в атмосферу СССР (единственно телевизор из девяностых). Для небогатых белорусов и россиян - супер вариант👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥

Гостиница нормальная. Неплохие матрацы, одеяла теплые. Но уж очень всё убого. Такой старины давно не встречала. Если без желания красиво, то можно. В номере чайник, полотенца, чистое постельное белье. На этаже утюг и чайник. В номере душ и туалет, горячая вода идет исправно. Люди приветливые. Можно поесть в кафе до 16 часов. Еда однообразная, но вкусная. Недорого. Расположена достаточно удобно - от метро минут семь. Можно пешком до вокзала - минут 20-25.
Если без претензий, то терпимо. Только проверяйте свою бронь через день. Наша, несмотря на номер заявки и т.д., отсутствовала. Повезло, что оказались свободные номера.

Расположение отличное-центр города. До Верхнего города-12 минут пешком. Отель старенький, но вполне приличный. Огромная просьба: поменяйте пожалуйста матрацы, ну уж очень они старые, пружины впиваются в спину-спать ну ооочень неудобно, не подстелив под себя пару одеял (просили дополнительно у горничной), диваны разваливаются при выдвигании спального места-можно легко починить при желании. А ведь спальное место-это основное место отдыха в гостинице. Также хотелось бы, чтобы номер пылесосили, так как мусор, нитки на полу никуда не девались за 4 дня пребывания. В целом пребыванием остались довольны: белье, полотенца чистые, сантехника чистая. В номере отсутствует шампунь-только гель для душа и мыло. Брали двухкомнатный полулюкс. Вода мягкая.

Можно окунуться в СССР не покидаяразума, в номере чисто, уборка происходит постоянно с вопросом чтобы Вас не травмировать. Обслуживание не навязчиво, вежливо. Расположение здания супер, раз и ты в метро.

Чисто, аккуратно. Мебель и ремонт подуставшие, но за цену номера это вполне оправдано. Рядом с центром Минска, основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.

Гостиница хоть и в центре города но качество оставляет желать лучшего, хотя ценник там более чем выгодный. Из больших минусов: нет в номере холодильника ( с едой проблемы), полотенец и чистоты( достаточно грязно, видно убирают чисто для глаз одной тряпкой весь этаж).

Хорошее расположение,тихо,не смотря на фактически центр города.Есть всё необходимое для проживания.Единственное не было холодильника и фена(((но это не беда.

Останавливаюсь не первый раз, сутки стандарт одноместный номер 50 руб. Бел. Чисто, аккуратно...Расположение на 4, не далеко метро Фрунзенская и др. Остановки, нет продуктового рядом и кафе в гостинице до 16.00 работает это не удобно...

Хороший отель за свои деньги. В традициях советских гостиниц, навеяло воспоминания. Хорошее расположение. Все как всегда в Беларуси: мило, чисто, гостеприимно. Если буду ещё в Минске, снова выберу эту гостиницу. Спасибо персоналу за хороший приём и настроение.

Гостишка чесно говоря не очень, чисто переночевать одну ночь. Расположение нормальное, почти центр, дойти до всего удобно. Белье чистое, сам номер тоже достаточно чистый, правда пахло сигаретами и вообще общее впечатление не уютно.
