I went to this clinic with a dog with suspected cystitis. They prescribed an antibiotic and put it in syringes. The dog started vomiting a day later. I came again, they gave me an antiemetic, took blood from the 5th time, although the dog was large, sat quietly. The vomiting continued, but there were questions about the level of doctors in this clinic and I turned to another one, where they counted the dose again and told me to check what dose they had taken in the Umvet. It turned out that the dose dialed into syringes exceeds the required dose by 2 times!!!
I really do not recommend this clinic if you want to cure your animal, and not make it worse.

I was at the clinic to get the dog tested. We looked at the prices on the website in advance. We had to take a general blood test and biochemistry (not advanced). As a result, we paid 122 rubles, although the price list on the website promised only 80. They also turned on a leukogram (although we did not ask for it), gloves, and blood sampling!!! For some reason, it is not included in the price and even the maintenance of the patient's card. The administrator's attitude is disgusting. She refused my request to write an email address. And in addition, she dictated it incorrectly. I talked with other visitors at the clinic.
There are questions for Toja's doctor. For the first time in 14 years of the dog's life, a hematoma was formed from taking blood. Before my eyes, a bun puffed up under the dog's skin.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
The dog had microcysts in the abdominal cavity, the dog could barely move on his paws on his own, the doctor examined the pet and said everything was fine with him, maybe it just pinched, I asked for an ultrasound, they refused me and said buy 4 tablets (1 piece 11p) and everything will pass.

You have no attitude towards customers, my pet and I were booked for the evening, it was on the day of the pet's death , respectively, we did not go anywhere.I forgot to cancel the recording, but you didn't even call. They didn 't ask about the reasons .It seemed very strange to me, because first of all it's your time, you could have accepted someone else, but you didn't care. At the reception after the operation, we talked about the fact that he scratches his stitches and tears them, to which we were told, well, it's understandable, they're bothering him. Nevertheless, you did not bandage this place in any way and did not tell us to do it, although as I understand it, you knew that he would have such a problem.
I understand that this is a difficult job and it should be well paid , but you should also approach it accordingly.

Do not waste time on this vet clinic. We arrived 40 minutes before closing time to find out that the vet doctor had gone home earlier.There was no information posted anywhere, either on the website or on the doors. There is a poster on the vet clinic's house with rooms, two out of three rooms do not work at all. It makes no sense to leave a callback on the site , they don 't call back anyway and you can 't get through in principle to at least find out if they work or not.If you urgently need to see a vet doctor, it is better to choose another vet clinic and not waste valuable minutes on this irresponsible vet clinic.

I have a suspicion that it was not a doctor who stabbed, but some kind of intern. Last year they were vaccinated by the breeder - everything was calm. I asked friends of dog lovers - no one had such a thing.
I turned to them on the recommendation of friends, but I won't go there anymore. Everything is known in comparison of course. Bribed by what is next to the house.

And you know what, the waiting went completely unnoticed, and that's why: Irina miraculously managed to calm me down nervous (even my husband was surprised later))), and give us comprehensive advice on our cat: the basic rules of pet care, feeding rules and how to choose this very food, about treatments, vaccinations, why it is important to sterilize a cat, what is worth paying attention to, and what is not worth panicking about, etc., etc.) Many myths have been shattered!)) Everything is very detailed and reasoned! And even our stupidest questions didn't bother us at all, and we got comprehensive answers! But the new receptionist at the reception is something with something, I have not met such rude people yet. They had already come with her three times, but the previous two times, apart from passive aggression and obvious dissatisfaction with either work or life, there was nothing. The last time a woman was rude to us, criticized the cat's haircut, asking if we really cut it that way and where such a terrible salon is located, asked if he had any skin diseases. As a result, we spent exactly two minutes at the doctor, but we listened to the whole stream of negativity twice as long. Before that, a very pleasant and polite woman was sitting at the reception.
