One of the most lame airlines. First. Flew 15/10/2024 Dubai-Tashkent-Dubai. HY-334. The Russian flight attendant (I don't remember her name) was very rude. She gave good service to her Russians and was rude to the citizens of Uzbekistan. Although she lives in our country. And many flight attendants are very old. As a result, they no longer have time.

returned to Dubai at 20/10/2024 HY-373. 4:30 p.m
There was a Russian woman sitting at the registration desk at the last registration desk. She had such a face as if someone forced her to work and thought that she owed everything to her.
At first, she created a drama for my husband, he is not a citizen of Uzbekistan, but he has an Emirates ID. There are rules who have a residence in the Emirates without a visa can visit Uzbekistan.
She wrote to someone, went somewhere, hid from us, held us for more than 20 minutes, acted very strange, asked for my husband’s Emirates ID card 2 times.
Why do our line workers still not know these rules?
Secondly. I asked her if it was possible to sit by the window, she said yes and in the end she gave us one close to the toilet.
I’m seeing her for the first time and she’s seeing me for the first time and it’s not professional for her to be jealous and give me a seat closer to the toilet😉 I will say as a woman she has very bad feminine energy.
In our culture, humanity comes first. From her I felt some kind of hostility towards our people. If nothing suits her, I don’t think anyone will force her to work in Uzbekistan.
I would like to appeal to our airlines and ask them to correct the errors. Many tourists fly to us. Please be professional.

Определенно 5 баллов. Много лет летаем этой авикомпанией в Ташкент. Никаких нареканий. Вкусная еда, вежливое обслуживание, при регистрации нет лишних придирок к ручной клади, при этом бардака в салоне не наблюдается. Есть определенные лайфхаки по выбору места посадки. А на дримлайнерах есть медиасистема с кучей фильмов. Только жаль удалили фильм "Марсианин". Под него очень хорошо леталось.
