I stayed at this hotel while passing through. At the time of my check-in, there were two types of rooms available. Economy-10,000 tenge, and Junior Suite-15,000 tenge. I stayed in a Junior Suite. The room has 2 rooms, household appliances except for an iron and ironing board. In principle, everything was fine, the room was clean, without extraneous odors. The sound insulation is weak. Breakfast in the restaurant is also included. A one-night stand is an acceptable option.

I rented a suite here, I really liked it, a large comfortable room, a huge air conditioner, a comfortable bed, all the dishes in the room, a refrigerator. Comfortable shower, plenty of towels. I'm happy with everything.

I was passing through Kyzylorda, traveling from Almaty to Yaroslavl. I decided to stay at the Van Gogh for the night. Before that, when I was planning a route, I read reviews on the Internet, it seems that those who stayed responded positively. I arrived in the evening, there was also a strong dust storm. I thought there would be no places. Parked right in front of the entrance. There are cameras, everything is safe. At the reception, a friendly woman informed that there are no inexpensive rooms anymore, there is only a junior suite, I ask how much? Says 10000 tenge. I thought that the price was acceptable for me, and I really wanted to eat and sleep, I drove from Almaty without stopping. The room turned out to be great. There is a restaurant in the same building. The price is also normal. I ordered lamb sorpa and homemade dumplings. It was all very tasty. I recommend the hotel. The staff is friendly. They speak Kazakh and Russian. I hope that over time, the service and conditions will not deteriorate.

Guys, an honest review. Starting from the bell. The receptionist is extremely polite and attentive. The cost for half a day in a standard room is 10K. But their standard is cooler than that of some suites👍Very clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed is crystal clear, the bed is comfortable. The shower room is gorgeous, there is soap, shampoo, slippers, towels. There is a memo for guests on the table, be sure to read it, there are a lot of bonuses. I recommend. Unfortunately , we did not find any disadvantages ☺️

Good price. Good location. The staff is good. The furniture in the room itself is tired. There is no kettle in the room. Disposable slippers, shampoo, toothbrush included. The bed, the towels smell a little. There is no hood in the shower. A small TV. A good lock on the front door. Mediocre wi-fi speed. A convenient place for smoking. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant is quite enough. Water at the reception is expensive.
In general, it is acceptable for such a price. I think I'll come back.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, though small. In room 202, the air conditioner just blows, which of course creates unbearable conditions for a comfortable sleep. The room was very stuffy at night. If you open the window, you can hear everything from the street, the roadway. The hotel has almost all the amenities, you can even wash and dry things for a fee. The staff is friendly. The cafe at the hotel has a good menu, although not all the dishes were to your taste. For example, the fried eggplant salad was cooked incorrectly and was very greasy. I think if you fix the problems with the air conditioning, then I would love to stay at this hotel on my next trip.

The receptionist Tatyan is a scoundrel! I didn't ask for a charge on the phone. When I say to call a taxi to the airport, you need a taxi, not me, they say to call it yourself. The first to one number, and a little later —the idea was that this number was Armored to another number, somehow changed it three times. He paid for his room, saying that he would not be able to pay for it. I wonder where he finds such a receptionist?!
It would be nice if they put a label on each room.

We were passing through it for one night and were satisfied. A big plus for tourists who travel in transit is that payment is provided for half a day.
