A must-visit!!! Perhaps the best institution of national cuisine in terms of price-quality-assortment ratio! And the tinctures here seemed to us the most delicious - there is only a choice of 6 names, but it's worth trying each one, and everyone will find "their own"!
We have been to this particular cafe twice (8-10 times online in different cities) - everything is very tasty everywhere (plus or minus), it is better to book a table in advance (especially for the evening), but no later than a day before the visit. In this institution, the service is at a very high level (unlike Grodno, where dirty dishes were not removed from the tables for hours - apparently there is not enough staff). The interior is different - in some establishments it is modern, in some it has a national flavor. Both are here (on different floors). We really liked the assorted dumplings, potato grandmother, ribs (the knuckle was a little greasy, and the ribs were super!), from desserts, the leaves are good (apple filling without a single "membrane-bone)!!!
We will definitely come back, thank you.

Excellent location in the very center. We rented an apartment nearby, it was very convenient.
The dishes on the menu are all hearty, there are many national dishes. Salads, snacks, local beer, cocktails. But keep in mind that a variety of pancakes, dumplings in hot pans are quite fatty. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and a summer terrace is open in the warmer months.
On the downside, there were long queues in the summer to wait for free tables, the place is very popular with tourists. At the same time, the service itself is quite fast.
We visit Minsk regularly and always try to have dinner in Cornflowers) Thank you for your work and the atmosphere.

I will say that it is a pleasant atmospheric place in a national style and traditional cuisine. The pitch is beautiful. They serve quickly, everything is clear. I didn't try everything, but what I took was delicious. The drinks are decent, I can't say about alcohol, I don't drink, but the neighbors were happy to order. The only thing is that the flow of tourists is such that there is a queue of 5-10 people at the entrance and waiting for an empty table. I think it's better to book a table in advance. We were lucky, there were places on a weekday afternoon, but it was tight. The staff is polite, but seems a little tired. I highly recommend you to visit!

A good place to enjoy Belarusian cuisine. Borscht, draniki and cocoa were tested.
Positive:
1. Delicious food and drinks. The borscht was very good, the pancakes and cocoa did not disappoint either. For its price, great.
2. A large selection of Belarusian cuisine and alcohol.
3. Pleasant atmosphere. The decor and staff create the feeling of a real Belarusian tavern.
4. Spacious establishment. Even during peak hours, there is a high probability that you can find an empty table.
5. Good service. The waiter was tactful and polite.
Minuses:
1. Waiting for some dishes. Borscht and cocoa were brought almost immediately, but the pancakes had to wait quite a long time (about 20-25 minutes). Other visitors also faced such a problem, there were several tired waiting glances.
2. Input delay. The administrator had to wait about 5 minutes, which caused a queue to form. It would be better if someone from the staff could come on as a substitute at such moments.
At the moment, "Vasilki" also leave a positive impression.

It is a very advertised place, everyone knows and recommends it. I liked: a variety of dishes, convenient location, pleasant atmosphere inside, music, dishes, interiors. I didn't like it: the staff is acting strangely and not very well coordinated. At first, we were strictly warned that we would have to wait in line for 20 minutes, but in the end, after 5 minutes, we were already escorted to the table. The girl wiped the table in front of us and did not do it very well, I got dirty with cream that was left on the table from previous guests, they did not take the order for a long time, moreover, the waiters did not seem to be busy. The dishes themselves, admittedly, are very tasty.

We visited the Cornflowers cafe and were satisfied. The dishes were brought quickly, the waiter advised competently, and did not impose anything additionally. He was moderately polite and joked at random. He has a separate star) As for the kitchen, I liked everything, especially the pancakes with mushrooms, it's just chanterelle season. Draniki with machanka is an exceptionally traditional dish, I did not go in, draniki are sour in this dish and machanka is for an amateur, I would not order it a second time, but even so, the quality of the products is excellent, everything is fresh and very decent in itself. A wonderful idea with local cuisine and a nice interior. Affordable prices, delicious food, and therefore a huge number of people who want to eat here. The order was accepted quickly, but it was completed within 30-40 minutes for hot dishes. Drinks were brought quickly, and in order not to sit without food, you need to order snacks or salads. They took draniki, of course, with various additions. I do not know what they should be in the original, but these are pancakes with potatoes added. There is a lot of flour, I would prefer more potatoes in the composition. Delicious, satisfying. It is possible to make your own impression only by personally visiting the cafe. And of course, for the tourist season, you need to increase the number of chefs.

This is a storehouse of Belarusian food. All the top dishes are on the menu. And everything is done well. An authentic setting. Only dranichkov for every taste. And the herring....MMM. I'm writing and drooling. There is also a drawback. The administrators of the halls are not aware of the availability of seats, and at what stage the guests are. But this can also be turned into a plus. Do not stand in line, but go inside and have never been so I did not find an empty place. But in general, this is a serious disadvantage and requires study. This cafe is the first, bright, tasty and very kind impression of the city of Minsk. We came across this cozy place from the morning train and were shocked by the balanced breakfasts, the beautiful homely atmosphere, and the smiling young waiters. And there is everything a traveler needs! I really liked the cafe, but in the evening, on the way back, I couldn't get into it - there were no empty seats, although the cafe halls are quite spacious. Apparently, we weren't the only ones who appreciated this pleasant place. We will definitely visit Cornflower on our next visit to Minsk.

I really liked the cafe! Cozy, delicious, a large selection of local dishes. We tried a lot: pancakes, baked dumplings, meat, zeppelins, cottage cheese dessert (well, very tasty!), cabbage soup. There is a queue, especially in the evening, but not long to wait, we were quickly seated at the table both times.
I highly recommend it! Although later the locals told us that the Cornflowers contain pancakes in frozen billets that are brought from somewhere. Maybe the restaurant itself will explain whether this is true or not?

Yes. You can and should go here. Firstly, there are the best Draniki in Minsk and the surrounding area, and secondly, everything is very tasty here. The price-quality ratio is good. My daughter and I arrived in Minsk, according to reviews we found a coffee shop and stomped to it km from the train station. We just walked along Independence Avenue and noticed that in the morning the cafe was already filled with people (and this is a good sign). As a result, we didn't like the cafe we were going to at all, but we returned to Cornflowers for lunch with friends. There were a lot of us, and everyone was satisfied. By the way, then we went to another restaurant of this chain, and we liked it a little less. Apparently, there is a good chef here at the moment.

A chic cafe. We tried the delicious local cuisine. It is located in the center of Minsk, near the Main Gate of the city. Now there is a summer cafe, and you can also sit inside.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful, they will come up once again and ask if they need anything else. They know all the details about the dishes. They can advise you on the choice. We really liked the food. Unfortunately, there is no photo. But it's delicious. We tried pancakes with and without filling, hand-made dumplings, cepillines, mors and lemonade, dessert chocolate pie. An ideal family cafe chain in Minsk.
Price-quality - fire ratio! There are many dishes of national cuisine. Almost everything is very tasty. And we've tried a lot of dishes! The portions are decent. The menu is varied. The restaurant is gorgeous!!!! Cool Belarusian design. The food is served in large portions and very hearty. My friends and their little sister are thrilled!!!! The staff is responsive and positive. Hot dishes are cooked for about 40 minutes, but because of the atmosphere, time is not felt. The Ministry is well-planned. Children are given a coloring book. The waiter Dmitry served perfectly! A wonderful atmosphere, immersing in the Belarusian flavor, delicious national cuisine and pleasant prices.
I would especially like to mention the work of the waiters Yana and Arseny - they were incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a truly cozy and friendly atmosphere.
Everything was very tasty, especially the salad with warm chicken, pork ribs and pancakes!

There is often a queue of visitors to the restaurant, it doesn't take long to wait - 10-15 minutes, but isn't this an indicator of the quality of the institution?!! Beef medallions, pancakes with machanka, salad with tongue, fried mozzarella, mulled wine based on cranberries - everything deserves the approval of the chefs' skill. Of the minuses, I note that, apparently, the administrator does not care about checking cleanliness. Unfortunately, the pleasant impressions were greatly smoothed out by dirty toilet doors, a stained mirror, sticky and unwashed tables. Used napkins are lying on the floor, and the waiters just step over. The lamp above the table does not work. The boards on which the dishes were served are dirty. There is no desire to visit this place again!

We have been here 3 times in 3 days. It's a great place. All the staff are very good: the waiters are all very polite, I really wanted to drink and brought some water for free. The food is delicious, the portions are large. I recommend, of course, draniki, I really liked grandma's mushroom soup (you can't pull your ears off mushroom lovers), tinctures, just like homemade ones. A great place with lots of seats and a national flavor. I really like machanka with pancakes (a traditional Belarusian dish) here - although the recipe has been changed a bit lately. I give 5 points to this particular restaurant for the atmosphere, speed and quality of serving dishes. In general, the Cornflowers chain would put 4/4- because in a number of establishments there are questions about the service (indecently long waiting for dishes; they may not bring your order or make a mistake with the order as a whole, etc.)

A wonderful atmosphere, a cozy summer veranda (the exception may be corner tables, as it is uncomfortable to sit in the bright sun)
The food is delicious, from drinks, in the heat I recommend trying currant lemonade. According to the waiting time, drinks are about 10 minutes, soups 20-30 minutes, hot for about 35-50 minutes. (This time is relevant for lunch and evening workload)
The staff is excellent, well versed in the menu and ready to help with the selection.

Great place! The whole family was in Minsk, we had lunch here twice. I really liked the speed of service and the kitchen. Everything is very tasty! My daughter, who was three years old at that time, chose borscht, we were very surprised by her choice, but borscht is really delicious. To try everything, it was not praised twice. and of course to the chefs who really try to cope... But the flow of visitors is too large for such a large number of staff. They simply do not have time to feed us such willing people who came here! It is for the national atmosphere!!! Question: Where is the manager? Or the administrator? Everything is just left to chance! The staff is excellent, but they can't cope with such an influx, hence the chaos, dirty tables, and orders that you just forgot to bring or fry🤣
In short, a great place, great staff! And even a good manager, then you can put all 10 stars!!!

The score was taken off during the waiting time, and I'm not even talking about the cooking time (about the fact that they might have been warned for a long time), I understand there was a full landing inside and almost full on the summer veranda. I definitely recommend you to visit!! And then to the gym) One of the pleasant features is the low price for wine: a bottle of Australian Sauvignon blanc for 1,500 rubles (not Belarusian) is just very good!
