I want to share my experience. Documents for rabbits were being prepared for departure to POLAND. The doctor Andrey claimed that he knew all the requirements. They made an INCORRECT CERTIFICATE in Russian-English without checking and agreeing with me. You can leave Belarus with such a document (because Belarusians don't even ask for a document) but to enter Poland is not. I want the people who work there to be trained and not make life difficult for other people. There is a template on the official website of the country where you are asked to make documents. The 21st century, and people don't have critical thinking and computers. Thank God the second certificate passed, in Polish-Russian, but with a lot of errors and could be deployed. That for pets there would be stress at the level of life and death! Not a serious attitude. Review your competence of all employees. You will also be told that everyone has always been OK with their document — do not believe it. It's just that few people have decided to say it!

This is the clinic of my Leninsky district. We have been visiting it for a long time, I really like it, the staff is responsive and the prices are not biting, as in commercial ones. Thanks to the staff for their kindness and courtesy. The last time we visited with the dog Chessie (dachshund), Ekaterina Vladimirovna operated, special thanks to her, everything went fine. They don't assign anything superfluous, everything is on the case.

There are queues sometimes , but everyone is accepted quickly .

Absolutely all employees are friendly.!
We always vaccinate there.
They sterilized the Cocker spaniel and were satisfied.Everything went great! They gave recommendations for recovery.The doctor gave her personal number and was ready to answer all the questions that arose almost around the clock!.Very professional!Thank you for your attitude and responsiveness!

I brought my dog here, 15 years old, out of desperation - in private clinics, by that time they had already pulled about 200 rubles from me. But there was no one to help. The dog was wasting away. And they continued to "feed me with promises that "everything will get better." At this vet.station, there was a nice woman in the reception, a little loud and harsh, but at the same time it is clear that she had a great love for animals. She explained simply and clearly that the dog has irreversible changes in the liver, and that buying expensive medicines is a waste of money. The operation to remove the tumor - the animal, most likely, will not survive.She prescribed maintenance therapy (a penny compared to previous prescriptions). She told me how to take care of a dying dog, what to hide there already. I am very grateful to her for her honesty, and for the fact that they did not pull money from us.

I like. If someone needs a palace and it is not a fact that they will help there, then you are not here. I always evaluate what is being done, not what the building looks like. I went to this veterinary clinic with my parents' dog. She has been gone for more than 20 years, died of old age. My former cat was also here all the time, lived to be 20 years old. Now I have a cat again, we go there too. They only helped us there. In the Doctor's office, I was simply put down for money by unnecessary checks and so on. Real help was provided here. It all depends on the doctor. The head and several others whom we came across are wonderful doctors.
And the doctors still call when you come. There are good doctors in the Doctor's Office too. But in private, they try to heat us up more, for money. There may be 90 here , but there is no such rip-off. If you don't like it, don't go.

I was pleased with the detailed instruction on postoperative treatment. The prices are affordable and pleasing. The terminal is not working, payment is only in cash. Prices can be clarified by calling. A live queue. Therefore, those who seek help sometimes need to wait a considerable time. The only drawback is the old building. But this does not interfere with the treatment of your pets
