I recommend all travelers to relax at this hotel. Very cozy and family-like, good repair, cleanliness and neatness in everything, nice staff. Probably the best hotel in Baranovichi. New, clean, nice shower and bathtub. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a good TV. He lived in a standard double room: the room is small, but tolerable for a three-star hotel. Own parking behind a high fence.
Cons: it is located in the private sector, quite far from the central part of the city. Poor sound insulation. They didn't give me slippers.
But the big plus is that it is very inexpensive.
You can order breakfast, but the proposed menu did not inspire me.

The rooms are gorgeous. We rented three rooms. I liked the 1st and 2nd rooms on the third floor the most. It's just brilliant!!!! Everything is clean, tidy, the breakfasts are delicious. Thanks a lot to the staff, they are very helpful. I liked everything very much.

While we were sitting in the yard and looking for new housing, the administrator came out and offered to buy coffee for 5-10 b. rubles, since you can't just sit in the yard and the director will scold her if he sees! Are you serious? Business - you're terrible, the main thing is profit and he didn't give a damn about people! We had a reservation through the Island, we didn't just go into the yard to relax.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was beautifully made, the room had a pleasant smell, there were two beds in the bathroom and there was shampoo in the dispenser. I really liked it, we were in a suite with two children. Room for two rooms, shower, TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes and cutlery in the room. Separate entrance from everyone, packing. Breakfast is served until 10:00. Clean and cozy as at home.

The second time we booked the same room, but when we arrived we were told that the room was occupied... And you made a mistake , they say , not us . After praising this hotel to their friends , they booked a room and were sent confirmations. But what a surprise it was when the girl at the reception, in a rude form , said that there was no reservation for them and she could not help, there were no places! After going outside for 5 minutes, going in for the second time, she apologized and offered another room, worse than what was booked.
Bottom line: If you are eating from far away, you have booked a room in this hotel, it is not a fact that you will stay in it. Of the advantages - a hotel for 5 , comfort for 4 , there is Parking . On the downside, in some rooms you can hear the neighbors talking behind the wall , there are rude staff , your hotel reservation does not mean anything ..

We booked based on reviews in Yandex. The score of about 5 is a bit, but overestimated.
Positive
Good furniture, plumbing.
Shared dining room with kettle, microwave, refrigerator.
If by car, then parking on the territory is kind of like.
If you are on foot, there is a bus stop nearby.
Minuses
The furniture consists of beds and a wardrobe. There are no chairs.
We took a family room. Linen for the third - they promised at check-in that they would inform. As a result, we asked again in the evening. They gave it such a "slightly moist" one.
Sound insulation through the door is zero. You can hear how all the neighbors went to breakfast in the morning.
Overall, a solid four. Even with a plus.
