Очереди. Банкоматов на пополнение мало или не работают. Только один банкомат может брать 50 купюр, и не более. Остальные берут по одной купюре. Мощный банкомат постоянно пикает, пищит , каково сотрудникам банка, этот банкомат рядом с ними. Комиссия за пополнение счета в российских рублях 15% , это только положить наличные рубли на рублёвый счёт. Сам перевод в Россию рублей, с небольшой комиссией, но попробуйте эти рубли положить за 15% комиссии или тенге конвертнуть в рубли. Курс намного хуже обменника. Сейчас "контакт" берет менее 1% комиссии за перевод в РФ.

Terrible department (( huge queue, barely alive employees. There is no repair, the tiles on the floor are broken. I was there 2 times and both times I left with nothing. I haven't solved the issue. The incompetence of the staff is surprising.

Восточный расслабон это нечто!!! Сидел в зале полчаса по необходимости и все время хотелость сбегать купить жидкие гвозди и приклеить всю плитку на полу. Вся до одной просто лежала и грохотала. Но я был одинок(( сотрудники вообще не обращали внимания. Ну и ладно.

На улице банкомат деньги не выдает. Зашли внутрь, спрашиваю у сотрудника какой курс рубль/тенге при снятии с карты мир - ответ убил - узнавайте у себя в своей Расии...короче говоря графждан РФ особо не переваривают. В итоге через запрос баланса и приложение ВТБ сам посчитал курс.

Единственный банкомат , который работал после 22 часов , удалось снять деньги с альфа банка. Другие почему то не работали. Банкоматы работают те , что внутри здания.
