The location is convenient, by the road. The branch is large enough, how to enter the cash register on the right, the administrator is sitting on the left. It is divided into two halls. Very beautiful and cozy design. The chairs and sofas are comfortable.Everything is clean and tidy. The toilet is divided into male and female. Clean, there is liquid soap, toilet paper and napkins.
The waiter took the order quickly, and everything was ready within 15-20 minutes.

Delicious. There are plenty to choose from. I am glad that the menu is regularly updated and there is a choice between favorite items and something new. It is a pity when those items that were favorite are removed from the menu. I was very disappointed when the eggplant roll and Philadelphia smoked salmon were removed. 🤯

I do not recommend it for foreigners. They were poisoned by rolls very much , they didn't eat anything else. I had to run to the pharmacy at 2:45 at night for injections , we did not leave the toilet all night.They contacted the restaurant , said that everything was fine with them, promised to compensate for the cost of these rolls and did not fulfill the promise. It's not even about compensation! And the fact that others can get poisoned in the same way . Not another foot. 2 days in a row , and the person still hasn 't restored the intestines , it 's terrible . How much money was spent on medicine and nerves and lost days for the guests of Tashkent cannot be conveyed!!!

Delicious rolls, and most importantly it is a delicious and fragrant carbonara udon, I tried it for the first time and was delighted. I think now it will be my regular dish at Yaponamama. A cozy room, combining style and convenience, unobtrusive music, an ideal place for meetings. Polite staff, constantly asking if everything was okay, if anything else was needed. We ordered a set of Big love and sushi nigiri for pickup. I liked everything, everything is very tasty. Only because of the cardboard packaging, the set is simply laid out neatly in a box (not in the shape of a heart as in the menu), my suggestion to the managers is to arrange in a takeaway box, as well as served in the restaurant itself (according to the pictures on the menu), in order to leave its originality.
I ordered online - I ordered in the afternoon to pick up for dinner, but the bot automatically accepts the order for cooking within 35 minutes, I had to call the branch and transfer the order to the evening, too, I think you can add an option where you can choose the time when you want to pick up or to be delivered. Upon arrival, the order was already ready! I didn't have to wait.

Приезжая в Ташкент, стараемся посетить это кафе. Разнообразное меню, хороший дизайн, удобное месторасположение. Очень вкусный том ям, но при последнем посещении были неприятно удивлены его значительным подорожанием, т. к. видимо пользуется большим спросом. Неплохие роллы. Свой заказ ждали долго. Расплатились заранее и после оплаты официант быстренько решил убрать всё со стола, такое впечатление что нас хотели спровадить, чтобы освободить столик. Неприятный осадочек после этого.

Единственную звезду могу поставить только за кухню, готовят хорошо.
По поводу персонала - доброжелательность ноль! Ходят с недовольныи лицом как будто жизнью обиженные, Я все понимаю, но работа это работа и если делать ее, то делать нужно хорошо! (Сугубо лично мое мнение)
Про какие то знания правил подачи блюд, субординации и общения Я вообще молчу. Это не официанты - это блюдоносы. Которые ещё и разговаривают на повышенных тонах в заведении. Так же по поводу (Я так понял хостес) приветливость отсутствует, не улыбки стоят в кучке, болтают о своем, очень долго думают между собой кому пойти провожать за стол. Мне не принципиально, Я могу сам дойти, но если хотите показывать сервис, то будьте добры предоставлять хороший сервис, который соответствует заведению. По поводу времени ожидание могу сказать так - сказали 10-15 минут, уже сижу почти час и еду до сих пор не принесли и чтобы скоротать свое время пишу данный комментарий.
По атмосфере - достойное место, немного не уютно что столы слишком близко друг к другу, слышать разговоры соседей по столу, не очень приятно.
