Worst hotel I've ever seen. Very old and dirty. Does not worth a penny that we've paid for this. Manager Svetlana should not work with customers. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Looks like we went back to USSR. Please, avoid this place.

Great place to stay. Perfect location, really pleasant and clean rooms. Highly recommended. Exeptional service, friendly and welcoming stuff. Reception manager Elena is incredibly helpful and generous with her time and advice. Thanks a lot for everything!
