2 times in a row my cocktail had fly in it. I'm not sure Grapefruit negroni should contain it. Waitress took it away both times and I wasn't charged for them but cmon guys. No proper apologies, nothing. Like I put this stuff in it.
Also 4500 amd for reheated lasagna is just insane.
On top of that they charge 10%. Really bad experience. Don't go there.

This used to be my favorite place to eat, but recently their service has gotten worse.
In short: We were served cocktails in plastic cups, next time you'll get your English breakfast without coffee, tea, or juice. Sometimes, you'll wait up to 15 minutes before anyone notices you and takes your order. They even forgot to bring us salt for 10 minutes straight. For some reason, they almost never give you steak knives with your steak—you'll probably have to ask for them. We've only received steak knives without asking once.
Keep in mind, they're charging 10% for service. Without that extra charge, the experience wouldn't be so bad, but with it? Come on, guys, your service should be a lot better.
The food is really good(4/5), but most likely it'll just be warm since it takes too long to serve...

Terrible Service and Support - Avoid This Provider
I’ve been using this internet provider for a while now, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating.
Simple issues take days to resolve, if they ever get resolved at all. The support team just passes tickets between engineers without solving anything. You’re left hanging without answers.
Constant packet loss, unstable connection, and the speeds are nowhere near what they promise. The internet is barely usable.
The router they provide is completely locked down. You can’t change any settings, and they refuse to give you any control over it. The WiFi speeds are ridiculous—less than 10 Mbps most of the time.
They don’t answer calls, emails go unanswered, and even the live chat, when agents are online, gets ignored.
For the prices they charge, this kind of service is unacceptable. It feels like they just don’t care about their customers at all. If you’re considering this provider, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Do not order food from here, they deliverer spoiled food and intentionally don't add physical receipt and then refuse to return money for spoiled food.
Also the package didn't have any date or anything else that can mark when food is best so...
Yandex end up returning my money, not the store. Store was hostile and didn't even wanna talk.
Also today I ordered meat fillet, and got 1/3 of the total weigh of meat as fat, it's not even fillet that was on image. Store again poorly communicate with me but at least they will come back for return in this case. I would get them even worse rate If I can.
