As a client, I am more than satisfied with everything. The staff is always friendly. They never said anything superfluous or imposed anything. They work as fast as possible, if there are queues, then they try to serve people as quickly as possible and if 1 cashier fails, the second immediately becomes the second cashier.
refueling is like refueling, everything is standard, the a-100 policy is terribly annoying, forcing cashiers to pronounce unnecessary text. This one is theirs, a coffee, a hamburger or a keychain. Leadership - be human, though.
Terrible attitude towards their customers. No respect whatsoever. They openly say that they are not interested in the fact that their car wash does not work. The literal answer after paying for the car wash is: "It doesn't work, well, okay. Come back tomorrow." and this is the answer for an already paid service. Thanks, but I'm not coming here anymore.
Very slow service. While they tell everyone about their promotions and so on. You wait for 20 minutes to fill up the car. Why can't you just put an advertisement near the cash register and they will read everything themselves
As at all gas stations of the chain, there is fast service, a good store, delicious coffee and a hot dog. And most importantly, they give you a copy of the receipt and a VAT invoice.
Good service. Only the white language is confusing. I do not know and do not immediately understand what is being asked of me. But this is rather a minus for me.
