I stopped by a couple of times at different times of the day and night and on different days of the week. I liked. Dynamic music is playing on the street, the service at the checkout is fast, and an additional cash register opens promptly at a hint of a queue. Even more often, the divine aroma of coffee meets right at the entrance.
The service is good, I liked everything. After refueling, it seemed that the fuel was not enough. I always fill up with 30 liters of gasoline, but after refueling on the a100 with the same driving style, the fuel ran out faster than usual.
I also like the gas station, and especially the employees who are ordered to offer unnecessary nonsense. It's a pity, though, that now the gas station is primarily not to refuel quickly and leave, but to go to the checkout through a bunch of different unnecessary and expensive junk, listen about useless and unnecessary promotions and only then you can refuel.
Excellent gas station , there is an oil change nearby , automatic washing , fuel is not charged as at Gazprom , there have never been any problems , just unlike some gas stations there is a pump , a vacuum cleaner , the staff is qualified , polite , prices are like at other gas stations , the service is excellent , I have no complaints .
We always refuel on the A100. I like that you can analyze your expenses on the site - it's very convenient. We chose the gas station on Kharkiv because of the location. It is worth noting - there is always friendly staff and cleanliness.
One of the big and favorite ones, there are always fresh pastries, flowers and car insurance, too, but check it out! A lot of speakers and a sink, everything that a beauty needs!
Great gas station!!! There is everything you need, a sink, etc. And they sell in the evening with a 50% discount their branded croissants with marzipan (the best croissants)
The gas station is like a gas station, good pastries 7/10 and to the left of the entrance of the flower shop, I ordered bouquets and flower baskets 9/10 there several times.
Great location. It is possible to rent a trailer. The loyalty card "Dzyakui" is working. You can buy fast food and drinks, as well as some consumables for the car.
A great big gas station! You can wash the car, vacuum it, and change it right away. Oil. Drink coffee, have a snack and buy flowers! They cover all needs! There are about 12 columns, so queues are minimal!
Well done, they sell a fire extinguisher for 70 rubles, knowing that there is a diagnostic station nearby. Smart guys! They will not remain without revenue. There are always huge queues at the car wash
The team is mostly boorish, deaf and vindictive. The contingent of refueling is the bulk of something redneck... At the same time, I can't say that about other gas stations in this network.
About the team: only the locals know the food distribution system for the campaign. If you paid and they did it with you and put it in front of you - it's not a fact that it's yours at all, it can be a guy on a bike in the parking lot, who is not in the hall. You can't find out because no one talks about anything, probably everything is based on intuition or constant questions "is this mine?". Barcodes for coffee do not always work, and in order to pour coffee, you need to approach someone again in the middle of the queue and ask. They like to be homey and, in general, they do it on 8 out of 10, almost experts, you might say. Except for the administrator, or the director, I didn't quite understand who this woman was - there are no questions for her. I listened, understood, and apologized. Once I saw how the tongs that hold the hot dog rolls fell, so they were lifted from the wet winter floor and not even wiped - they continued to use it.
About the contingent: if you stand somewhere in the queue, at a non-working cash register, some redneck man will definitely stick around and come over, what are you standing here for. He does not see that this cash register is not working, and it is more difficult to look at it than to run over a person. I was standing waiting for a hot dog, and during this time exactly 2 such cattle got to me, and each one with a hit that I was standing somewhere wrong for him. And once in the evening I stopped by for coffee and some drunk guy was having a joke with a friend, while I was just standing at an empty table drinking coffee and sticking to my phone. Probably, they just mostly refuel there, they like this atmosphere and the "smell" of their native collective farm, where they can be themselves to the fullest.
The team, on the other hand, does not try to distribute queues, issue food, or otherwise regulate conflicts between visitors. That's probably why there are a lot of conflicts, both with them and with each other. 2 only for replacing the hotdog.
Two stars only because of the service. PLEASE NOTE, this is not the first time we stop by, it's scary to go to the toilet!
"Backoffice" in the form of a toilet shows the real state of affairs and attitude to the client, and not a beautiful picture inside.
This is also important!
