A self-service gas station is located next to the place of residence. On the plus side, there are no queues, and that's probably it.
There are many disadvantages:
It doesn't issue checks every other time.,
Service devices often-very often- freeze (I have contacted the support service more than once, they say there is nothing such an Internet data transfer can do)
Check-out/check-in is inconvenient-trucks are often parked nearby, limiting visibility
The refueling is normal - there have never been any complaints about fuel, it is conveniently located, but at one time 30 liters of fuel was stolen from me, the support service did not solve anything. But their biggest problem is that they issue checks every other time. I repeatedly called the operator - constant excuses - printer, tape... But what about the rule - there is no receipt - the service is free? Formally, I was not given a document during the sale - maybe left sales?
Excellent network of gas stations. It's a pity that they don't say more greetings on the move. The best coffee among gas stations (and sometimes coffee shops) and great hot dogs. We even stopped by for a taste.
I live nearby, so sometimes I have to refuel here, maybe it's a coincidence, but after refueling, problems with cars start here, I tested 2 cars, recently the receipt caught fire, refueled at another gas station -went out,
The advantage is that there are no queues, but this is also a minus, the fuel turnover is lower
I don't know why, but I always go to the self-service gas station, probably it's still more convenient.
According to the service, everything usually works well at this gas station, sometimes only the checks do not come out (it would be good to offer to send a check by Email) and the paper from the dispenser does not get "stuck".
From the offers:
Coffee machine (the most desirable thing)
Vending machine with food (some kind of "snack")
Vending machine with auto supplies (the most necessary)
There are frequent system failures. Then the payment terminal does not work. Then the terminal itself (computer) freezes. Sometimes you click on the screen for refueling and it hangs, you go to the second one, and there's the same stuff... They would have brought it to mind, there would have been a gas station for all 10 stars....
In general, a convenient self-service gas station, but I was a little unlucky, there was a problem with the gun, the trigger bounced off like a whole tank, for this reason, 5 liters were poured out of 15 liters, the payment was by card, the difference was returned to the card with cash, I don't know how it would be with a refund. I moved to another pump and refueled normally
The menu on the terminal is not very intuitive, many have a problem with paying by card, the location is good, if I may say so, the gas station is within walking distance)

Now the promotion is every 16th liter of fuel as a gift. I've been refueling here lately. There are no queues. It turns out 2 liters of fuel as a gift from refueled 32 liters (I order 32 liters, but I pay only for 30 liters).
Good refueling.I arrived and refueled very quickly, paying both in cash and by card .Refueling and paying is very easy, you can figure it out the first time.I wish there were more such gas stations
An excellent self-service gas station is conveniently located near the MKAD, there were no questions about the quality of fuel and service, once I just took a dime and hung up , but everything was solved by calling the support service I recommend!
The gas station is great, even the convoy is talking to you. There was one disadvantage, the fuel payment terminal did not work immediately. I had to re-introduce everything. It was killed by the fact that you can't pay contactless, you need to know the PIN code, and if there are a lot of cards, then get into the phone
Excellent gas station. Conveniently located. Always without queues. I stopped by, paid for it myself, refueled. Everything is very fast! Excellent service!
A very interesting option of a gas station without a cashier. I paid for everything automatically and went. Queues pass much faster, because no one is waiting and does not buy anything extra. By the way, you can pay both in cash and by card!
It always helps out when you need to refuel quickly and don't want to communicate with people. I arrived, paid, filled up and drove. A good place for introverts. There are no people. :))
Convenient location, in a residential area at the exit from the MKAD, but always clogged with parked cars, the terminal sometimes works incorrectly, I never gave out a check no matter how much I refueled, sometimes even perfectly smooth bills do not want to accept, very often the keychain does not pass, no matter how you turn it, but almost never I saw long ones there queues.
In general, it's not bad, but:
1. Payment in cash or by card. You can't use your phone
2. The machine is buggy and does not accept a branded keychain
3. There is not enough vacuum cleaner and tire pumping.
It's all good. I come here because there is almost never a queue here. The only drawback is that the receipt has not been issued in the last few months.
In these difficult times, when people are afraid to communicate with each other, forever put on a mask, we will not serve you or something else, this gas station is the best fit for everyone. I came to refuel, no masks for you, no communication. No queues at any time of the day.
It is very convenient and there are few cars. We thought there would be a problem with the self-service checkout, but it turned out to be simple. There is a bill acceptor. Everything is fast and high-quality
Of the advantages:
-small queues or lack of them
Of the cons:
- there is no store
-there is no toilet (in this network they are always on a par with an untidy stable, so maybe this is a plus)
-there is no way to pay them with a savings account from the app. They offer to buy a physical keychain and then tie it. Which I did. Two weeks ago. Here, I'm still waiting for the binding) Busy, apparently. You will not return to this network of gas stations again, having tried others.
Quite convenient automatic refueling, 2 columns of 2 terminals, although one of them often does not work, then you can use the other (you can select any column in the menu). The discount system works with the A100 keychain. Money is debited from the card in 3 stages - blocking the amount you want to refuel, rolling back this amount and debiting after refueling.
it does not always accept cash, does not always issue a check, the a100 keychain does not always work, the system was buggy 2 times out of 20 refueling times: I took money and did not refuel - I had to call the operator - the operators are really operational!) and polite!!!)
Refueling is like refueling, with its drawbacks, a woman speaks very loudly on the 1st column, it is necessary to confirm twice to refuel (once is not enough?), the 3rd column does not always accept cash.
Sometimes a cash payment does not go through, you have to contact support, which takes a long time. So if you're in a hurry, you're going to another gas station.
