My first purchase was an iPhone 11pro used, in golden color, everything seemed to be fine with the phone on the spot, but upon arrival home I noticed oddities with vibration. After that, I returned it back and it was changed to another one of the same, only in a different color. The warranty is given only for a month, I believed in the decency of the store and did not give the phone for a full diagnosis. Half a year later, this phone turned out to be defective. After full charging, it began to turn off and show 1% of the accumulator, in the settings of the accumulator it is indicated that the unknown part is genuine, this means that the accumulator is not original!!! There was nothing like this at the time of purchase.
Although when buying, we were assured that used phones pass all checks. And as a result, it turns out that you come for the goods, and they sell you not quite serviceable (with Chinese parts)gadgets, money is wasted.

But as a result, it turned out that the battery lasts only 30 minutes, all ports, including the charging socket, are loose. If you hook the charging wire, the laptop goes into sleep mode. It warms up terribly. Windows was installed crookedly. But then I reinstalled it myself. Because I'm not local, I didn't even have time to take it back and forth. It's a shame for the money thrown away. As the saying goes: "A miser pays twice"

Покупала iphone xs max, в магазине заявлено, что проводится тщательная проверка каждого смартфона перед продажей, как итог: дисплей, живующий своей жизнью. Занесла в ремонт в этот же магазин, заменили.
Комплектация: коробка от смартфона отсутствует, кабель и блок не подходят по разъемам, при просьбе заменить блок или кабель на подходящий, продавец предложил купить мне блок за 40 рублей, и объяснил, что такая комплектация зарядного устройства в этом магазине что-то типа нормы...
Отвратительно отношение к покупателям.

Все отлично, покупала у них 13 айфон, прошел почти год, работает. Цены у них были ниже, чем у остальных магазов с б/у техникой и даже куфаром, но тут есть гарантия. Рекомендую!

Цены просто конские.... Ноут на дохлом процессоре пентиуум у них стоит под 1000р. Только тот кто не разбирается в технике может купить тут ноутбук. За эти деньги можно купить б/у ноутбук много мощнее. Обычные перекупщики. Мониторят сайты объявлений, быстро за бесценок скупают технику и перепродают. Курьеры по скупке у них работают очень слаженно и быстро. Обогащаются за счёт несведущих людей

Хороший магазин. Покупали телефон. Состояние идеальное, все прекрасно работает. Единственное комплектацию описывали одну, а привезли только телефон и кабель. Документов, коробки, скрепки не было. А так спасибо за хорошее обслуживание, проконсультировали по всем вопросам.

Отыскал б/у ноут Acer Aspire 3 A315-34 на куфаре. Там было написано что при заказе с их сайта будет ещё и подарок. Цена совпадала.
Оформил, был небольшой нюанс с доставкой который они решили быстро.
Заказ привезли в оговорённый срок, курьер подождал пока я проверю его. Стоит чистая винда, активированая. Фирменная коробка 100nout.
Но, подарка никакого не было. Батарея ноута разряжена в 0. Для улучшения внешнего вида (все таки б/у) ноут обклеен плёнкой, но вот обрезка её оставляет желать лучшего.
